food standards was terrible, stayed half board but not worth extra money. long wait for food and service not of 4 star hotel compared to other 4 star hotels in marraheck.

I had trepidation on many hotels but I liked the sound of this one and I was pleased with my choice. I got hijacked wifi from somewhere in my room which passed the time well and was happy with the pool and facilities. Ok the gym was basic, and my room was a little cold, but what do I expect for the price. It's in a safe location and everything is a […] bit of a walk but all the quality hotels are virtually in the same spot which is good. I felt my possessions were safe in the room as I'd read some horror stories on other hotels but I can't really moan too much on this one. It matched my budget and probably a little more pleasantly surprised then the other way round. I bet its lovely in summer. Go for it. The hotel is clean and nice. The service is overall good, but the english skills in the reception must improve. I reserved my accomodation through internet the night before arrival, and they couldn't find it when we came. Nevertheless, they quickly managed to get us a room with a nice view in a few minutes, and found our reservation later during the […] evening. Hospitality! The breakfast was ok, but not the best. The orangejuice was made fresh on spot, and tasted lovely. As we came down for breakfast, one hour before last breakfast time, a lot of the breakfast was already gone. And no refill.. Where should I start. First off it took them 1 hour to find my reservation and the lobby was extremely hot and it was very frustration. There was no apology for the time it took to find the reservation. We got to the room and the a/c didn't work well at all. It was extremely hot and stuffy. For Western standards, the hotel wasnt as good as you would expect from a 4 star hotel. However, for Morrocan standards, it was probably fairly good. What disappointed us the most was the quality of the service (waiters ignoring us, cleaning lady refusing to give us towels for five hours (?!), staff coming into your room without knocking,etc). Easy to find and great location - only 10 mins from airport. 5 min taxi ride to Medina and easy to walk to local bars/rest's. Beautiful reception area - very helpful staff. Hotel is on 5 floors - all rooms have balconys - simple inside, but very clean and nice - 3*UK style. A/C worked very well to keep us cool as temperatures were above 40oc most days. […] Hotel food seemend expensive, but about same price as other places (unless you eat at the markets) - food was really good (nothing authentic or Moroccan in the pool cafe though - very universal - pizza, pasta etc)- no compliants and no sickness. Lovely big pool - loads of sunbeds and towels, just get out there early to get a sun umbrella. Deep enough to dive! Nice kids pool in the shade. Bonjour, Insatisfaite de l'hôtel... les petits déjeuners,il n'y avait rien n'a manger à partir de 9h on devait réclamer aux serveurs du pain.les raccords électrique posés sur le buffet sale à côté du liquide,une employee nous faisait la chasse quand on venait chercher les pancakes(3 par pers)Max. Un hôtel de passage sans plus des lors que la saison ne bat pas son plein à Marrakech! Deux nuits de suite d ans cet hôtel avec des canaux de réservation différents et un service non homogène. Nous séjournons règulièrement à l'Atlas Asni. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite, le service très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

4 étoiles faut voir, lorsque vous demandez quelque chose comme des serviettes il faut rappeler plusieurs fois, la nourriture est de qualité plus que moyenne.

Hotellet överträffade våra förväntningar. Det var stora rymliga rum väldigt rent och prydligt. Poolen var stor och där va mycket plats för att sola. Läget var bra nära till flygplats och till djema där det mesta hände. Enda negativa var nog att det inte fanns något närliggande affär/kiosk där man kan handla varor, cigg etc.

Bel hôtel, bien tenu. belle situation agréable. Petit déjeuner : plats insuffisamment chauds.

Nous avons choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité du palais des congrès. Sinon aucun intérêt. Heureusement que nous avons bénéficié d'un prix en promo, donc rapport qualité prix, no comment.

cet hôtel était bien placé pour moi choix par rapport au festival du film à deux pas du palais des congrès, réception moyen... en arrivant on m'avait donné une chambre fumeur... une horreur il a fallu se bagarrer pendant plus d'une heure pour obtenir une autre.. les ascenseurs en panne constamment, petit déjeuner nul...; aucun laitage, ni yaourt, quelquefois […] juste des clémentines, aucun fruit frais,aucun service prof... il faut demander constamment même un couvert ou une serviette, les serveurs ne débarrassent pas..accès à internet débit très lent ou inexistant.. souvent la carte d'accès à la chambre ne fonctionnant plus devant aller la faire refaire à la réception.. Tout simplement a éviter

Trés bien situé, face à l'hivernage,super pour les sorties pour aller s'amuser,danser,boire un verre...egalement proche aeroport et non loin de la place Jameh El Fnah... Le personnel est souriant, serviable,et chalereux. Les chambres sont tres bien entretenues, les serviettes sont changées tous les jours... Acces internet,salle de sport avec du bon […] materiel et un trés joli espace Spa Hammam... Ambiance garantie avec un piano bar au bord de la piscine tous les soirs,ou le petit cabaret avec musique orientale surtout frequenté pour ce dernier par des locaux... Room service rapide et souriant Le seul petit hic, la nourriture un peu trop occidentale pour un pays du Maghreb mais pas loin à 5-10min, on peut trouver la vraie bouf du Maroc.Je le recommande surtout pour sa situation et pour le bon rapport qualité prix. nous avons trouvé l'hotel nickel, les personnes sont trés souriantes que ce soit l'acceuil, le restaurant, les femmes de chambre et la piscine. on avait un probleme de télé qui a été réglé trés rapidement. Het was een netjes en opgeruimd hotel. de kamer was prima! en een balkon is toch ook altijd wel lekker. het werd elke dag netjes schoongemaakt en we kregen ook elke dag weer nieuwe handoeken en zeepjes. Het ontbijt was het enige was een beetje tegenviel vaak waren er dingetjes niet meer en we hadden het wat uitgebreider verwacht het was een beetje karig. Verder […] ligt het hotel zo´n 30 min. lopen van de medina wat opzich goed te doen is maar ons toch soms een beetje tegenviel. ligger inill en större aveny 10 min från jvgstation och ca 20 min från medinan. bra ljudisolering så gatan stör inte. Vacker och storslagen foajé och rummen håller bra standard. Stor pool och gott om grönytor. Prisvärt!!! Men..4 stjärnor på skylten, men svarar inte upp mot förväntningarna man har på ett sådant hotell. Städning slarvig, handdukar hämtas […] på morgonen, och kommer tillbaka först på eftermiddagen. Personalen i receptionen är på gränsen till otrevliga och fruktansvärt ineffektiva. Bokar du på hotels.com är det prisvärt, trots att de tar ut extra avgifter och skatter vid utchekning. (vill du boka där vill de ha dubbla priset) önskar du ha ett hotel med ovan beskrivna läge, pool osv så får du valuta för pengarna, men låt dig inte luras av stjärnorna på fasaden. l'hotel est situé dans un quartier calme, proche du superbe quatier de l'hivernage et proche aussi du Marrakech traditionnel : la Menara que l'on rejoint à pieds, la place Jemma el fna etc.

Excellent hôtel, très propre, très calme. Ne pas hésiter, ses 4 étoiles sont méritées. La piscine est grande, très propre et bien aménagée. Bref un vrai bonheur. La literie est confortable même si vous avez mal au dos ce qui est mon cas.

pendant mon séjour de 5 jours les draps n'ont pas été changés margré ma demande a la femme de chambre. le repas du soir été toujours le meme , à croire que les cuisiniers ne savent pas faire autre chose que des plats sans saveur ni gout . Pour quelques euros de plus je vous recommande l'hotel RIAL MOGADOR AGDAL ou tout est parfait .
