Χτισμένο στην πόλη Breckenridge με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε πίστες σκι και χειμερινές δραστηριότητες, το Tannenbaum Condominiums βρίσκεται κοντά σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος όπως: μουσΕίο Edwin Carter, Χιον. Κέντρο Μπρέκενριτζ και Four O'Clock Ski Run. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν επίσης σημεία ενδιαφέροντος όπως: Μουσείο οικίας Barney Ford και Riverwalk Center.

Μετά από μια μέρα στις πλαγιές, χαλαρώστε σε κάποιο από τα 3 υδρομασάζ ή απολαύστε τη χρήση σάουνα. Η πρόσβαση στις πίστες είναι πολύ εύκολη με το δωρεάν λεωφορείο για το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο του ορεινού καταλύματος διαμέρισμα.

All guests must check in at property management office prior to proceeding to accommodations. The check-in office is located at 213 North Main Street, Breckenridge, CO. See Location page for driving directions.
Guests arriving outside of normal business hours should park behind the Ski Country Resorts office building at 213 N. Main Street and walk up the back steps. There is a drop box on the left which will have an envelope with guest's name on it containing everything needed.
Guests can receive detailed instructions by contacting the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.
Office hours for check-in are as follows (subject to change):
November 14 - April 19 (ski season): 8 AM-10 PM
April 20 - May 31 (spring): 8 AM-6 PM
June 1 - August 31 (summer): 8 AM-8 PM
September 1 - November 13 (fall): 8 AM-6 PM

I was no given good instructions about how to get the key and how to find my room. It was quite a hassle to try to reach someone when I arrived in Breckenridge at 8 PM. There was no phone number listed on my confirmation letter - I would suggest that you are more clear when it is a condo and there is no office available to speak to anyone. "expensive, loud and stingey"
This is an old apartment complex motel like rooms cheap linens, dirty carpet office not on site - no front desk to help you 4pm check-in, 10am check-out party neighborhood tub stopped up so bad we couldn't take showers
"great location, not so great room"
the location of the room was awesome, a short walk from the base of peak 9. the room was not so great. we could easily hear EVERYTHING the neighbors were saying and DOING! also check in was a real bummer. we had to go to a different office on the other side of town and wait in line for 30+ minutes. overall, not great but okay for price and location […] . "Don't waste your money"

The hotel Was in a good location but after a long day of skiing, we made it to the room only to find out then that you had to check in in town. We had no prior communication of this process. Room was not terrible but circuit blew drying hair and had to wait an hour to have it fixed.
"Good place for a group"
A group of four of us stayed in the condo. We each had our own bed and plenty of space in the common area. Only issue I saw was one of the couches was shot, the back of it provided little support.

Very small room room. Unable to ge ahold of any maintenance people when needed. We could here everything through the walls.

Other reviews are correct in that they have thin walls but room was very clean and well kept. Only a short walk to the lift & local bars/restaurants. Check in is on the North side of town while the condo's are on the South side which was a little bit of a pain but not a huge deal. For the price it's a good deal.

The room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed with plenty of storage areas (dresser, closet, nightstand, coat rack). Was confused about main office, not told that it was more than a half mile away from condos. Located on the main strip in Breckenridge near gondola. Condo itself located within walking distance to the base of peak 9.

It is very fun to stay in town in Breckenridge. Walking is easy and nicer than trying to find parking. The only thing was walls were not insulated well so could hear neighbor talking.

this is an older property and it's ok for the price but not very up to date the pool across the street was nice and the location is ok

Nice basic Condo extension/hotel room on third floor with no elevator that I could find. Room 312c faced the parking lot but was within a third mile walk from Lift# 9 from which the whole mountain could be accessed. No on-site office. The room had a nice bath. There was a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a small TV but a larger TV and a microwave would […] be desirable since the nearest breakfast place was also about a third of a mile away. Summary. "Tannenbaum"
Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay. The room was normal size for a hotel room, and there was a fridge but no other kitchen type stuff. It was close to a lift and town. I was there in late Spring so the area was dead and I felt like I was the only one staying on that side of town. "Tannenbaum Condominiums"
This is a very small cramped room with little or no accommodations. It just happens to be within walking distance of peak 9 lift. If not for the location this would be a $39.00 room. The staff at the check -in was not helpful and actually somewhat snooty.
