Standard global hotel chain, but in a great location, close to tourist sites and just a quick taxi ride to the Hassan II Mosque.

The staff were rude and tried to get us to pay for the room twice. In the bar they didn't offer the drinks they had on the menu. For four nights they had no Bacardi. The room was substandard and the restaurant dirty

The only pro to this hotel was that it is close to the train station. Otherwise, it's in a sketchy neighborhood, the staff is rude and useless (minus the doorman), and the dishes at the "restaraunt" were always dirty. The hotel was not upfront with the cost of breakfast and the restaraunt only served some of the food on its menu- very dismal. A very […] poor experience overall. Tried to pick up a taxi outside the hotel and the drivers almost got into a pushing/yelling match over the offered fare. Whether you are a business or leisure traveller this is hotel will please if all u want is efficiency, cleanliness, and basic creature comforts in a downtown location. If low cost, good value for money and central location is important to you then look no further. One word of caution, if taking a taxi to the hotel, make sure u specify to the driver "City Centre" because there are several Ibis Moussafir hotels around the city, the most well known being the one next to Casa De Voyageurs train station. We transfered to this hotel from another on our last day in Casablanca. While this hotel was clean and much quieter than our other hotel (located right above the street), it was a little like staying in a dorm room. An industrial city, so nothing like Marrakech/Fez/Rabat. The hotel looks like it is in the middle of a building site.....however it is easy to get to the two main (only) sites. This hotel was clean and modern, but the hotel room and bathrooms were very small. We walked everywhere - the medina, downtown areas - and felt fairly safe. The hotel is next to one of the train stations and that was very convenient for us. We did not eat at the hotel, but found lots of good restaurants near by - within walking distance.

Good and clean - no complaints. However if you intend to use rail transport, it's a hassle as you need to use the numerous steps down n cross a 2 way busy street. With the construction going on It's difficult to manouvre your bags - if you travel light, it's no issue.

Good clean hotel . Souks are near by but they are not as exciting as the ones in Fes, Meknes or Marrakesh. Unfortunately no one offered to bring in our bags on arrival though. With barriers put up, taxis have to stop away from the hotel front n we are expected to drag our bags in. Otherwise no complaints!

La habitación olía muy mal (humedad y cigarrillo a pesar de ser habitación no fumador) y las toallas parecían sucias debido a que estaban manchadas por lo vieja.

Encas normalement servis 24/24h - faux Démagnétisation systématique de la carte donc aller-retour chambre (12ème étage)- Réception pour régler le problème

gagnerait à être mieux entretenu et autorise

Sadece extra vergi aldilar. Vermemek icin direndim ama resepsiyonist omar diye bir cocuk 40 dirhem vergi istedi. Rezervasyon ve odeme kisminda ozellikle hersey vergi dahil yaziyordu. Baska bir sikinti kesinlikle yok. Tesekkurler

mon grand regret, il n'y a toujours pas d'imprimante avec les ordinateurs de l'hôtel, un gros manque, sinon le reste est très très bien, c'est propre et bien situé. un client fréquent à Casablanca dans divers hôtels

This hotel is nearby all attractions and next to casa port station (trains to Rabat and Salé), which is very convenient. The staff is ok, don't expect them to be friendly though. Business type of crowd mainly, hence a cold and distant atmosphere.

Hotel bien situé. Préférez les chambres aux étages élevés, bcp plus calmes et avec vue magnifique sur la ville. Bon buffet déjeuner, chambres propres. Tout se qu'on peut attendre d'un IBIS de bonne catégorie.

hôtel bien situé - propre - peut être une serviette de toilette supplémentaire aurait été bienvenue.
