If you want stay in a little house with a small pool with a view on the beach or the James Bond Islands, then this is the place. My wife and I spent 2 nights there and this place just made us so relaxed and put us in a timeless state of mind. We had a problem as for transportation. the location of hotel is in island,that means they should make us know what pier we must go from airport,or how can we get transfer taxi or car after check out. As long as 5 star hotel, they must arr arrange especially after care after checkout.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with welcome drinks. The executive chef even rode his bike to the pier to meet the guests. During our stay the manager of every department made a point of introducing themselves to us. Our pool villa, no 19 was amazing. they thought of everything from the Bose iPod docking station to mosquito coils and insect […] repellant. The ice blocks by the pool were beautiful. I thoroughly recommend the duck and salmon signature dishes.The spa treatment was the best that I'd had anywhere. The spa, food & drinks prices were a shock as we were in Thailand. They were even higher than the 5 star prices we'd paid in Bangkok. Although the food was great it was overpriced for Asia. I can not justify paying $46 plus service & VAT for a champagne cocktail. To be honest my $4 cocktail on Phi Phi was much better Naka's $16 (plus service and VAT) blueberry cocktail. I don't mind paying double or even triple the local price for food that is exceptional. The food was lovely but not 4 or 5 times better than elsewhere in Thailand so did not justify the high prices. This is a beautiful secluded getaway. We stayed for two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer so that we could have experienced more of the offerings--local village & kayaking the island. If you want to get away for a complete break in a very peaceful and private island resort, this is a great place to do it. Rooms were stunning and villas very private. Pool etc is great and while service is perhaps not typical five star it was extremely friendly and part of getting into the relaxation mode. Check in and check out was awesome and people […] were very helpful with any requests. Menu changed while we were there and this was a real positive - they obviously listened to earlier feedback from re-opening. We stayed at Beach front pool villa for 3 nights. Private beach for two of us! Because it's a small ISL not many people are around us. Make sure you join Naka's activity programs as well.

Except for a tiny fishing village, nothing around on the island. So you have to live with the food provided by the resort, no matter you like it or not, without mentioning the price of everything is as high as that of a luxury skiing resort on Alps.

Sehr gutes Hotel zum relaxen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Da das Hotel auf einer Insel gelegen ist, sind die Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen eingeschränkt. Die Restaurants im Hotel sind vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht so gut. Spa ist sehr gut.

A recommander pour la qualité du service, le design des villas, la situation privilégiée à l’écart des foules. Située en surplomb du rivage, la villa nous a séduit par la magnifique vue, son architecture, sa décoration, l’originalité de la salle de bain extérieure et sa piscine privative. Demander une villa vue mer à la réservation. Le petit déjeuner […] se prend sous forme d’un buffet varié + plats à la carte. Pour les autres repas, les 2 restaurants sont de bonne qualité et d’un prix abordable (sauf le vin). Le service est un point fort et le personnel est d’une gentillesse absolue. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la clim'. Le technicien est venu à 22h00 pour faire la réparation et nous permettre de passer une bonne nuit. Impressionnant ! 2 mini critiques : au Tonsaï, un des managers un peu trop insistant pour allonger les commandes, parfois quelques problèmes de coordination entre les membres du jeune staff. Le reste sans défaut. Cela nous a semblé conduire à faire naître chez quelques clients des comportements de divas en tournée. La conciergerie a organisé nos activités. Pour un hôtel à l’écart c’est un service fort utile que nous avons bien utilisé. A noter le pessimisme de la météo qui nous a annoncé des catastrophes qui n’ont pas eu lieu ! L’ambiance est détendue.
