This hotel is a must! Quiet at night but close enough to shopping and night life also. Staff are fantastic we had a brilliant stay here.

this was a weekend away with mother for her birthday - great location, walking distance from everywhere and good taxi service from hotel when required. check-in was busy - its a very busy hotel - and the staff were helpful if a bit rushed. our original booking was for a triple room but that hadn't translated so the staff changed our room for a triple […] with a view - with no hassle, thank you. I was initially disappointed with size of room but it did the job with a double bed and a single bed. the room and the bathroom was clean but not enough towels! hotel was busy on the saturday night and so was quite noisy and we weren't comfortable having a drink in the bar which felt more like a local pub than a hotel bar. checkout was busy too. we had a wondeful time in liverpool - the hotel just didn't "wow" me like i had hoped. we may try another hotel next time. Reception and main communal areas are great and high standard. Big let down when got into room. Shabby and small and very low standard compared to rest of hotel and image it gives.

This is a second stay at Jury's Inn. Lovely hotel, but on both occasions I've had problems getting the breakfast I paid for when booking, as the hotel have no record of it. We got it, after showing our booking record, and it was very nice, until my daughter noticed mould on her toast. Not so nice!

I cannot speak too highly of this hotel. Everything was first class, from the moment we checked in to check out, nothing was found wanting, we even had a 25% reduction on our 48 hr car parking fee provided by the hotel. We had dinner in the hotel both nights and the food / service on both occasions was very good. The location could not be faulted with […] many siteseeing attraction right on the doorstep. My one night stay was excellent as I went with my friends for my 21st. The only slight problem I had was when we was checking in the guy on the front desk told us that breakfast was not included and that it was an addional £10 per person, I proceeded to tell him that we had already paid for breakfast when booking and showed him the paperwork. He said […] once you've found where it says breakfast is included come back down and we will put it on the system. Hour later we went down and spoke to two lovely girls on reception and told her the situation she then said no you do have breakfast it says on the system. The guy who served us at first was stood behind and just walked off. I feel annoyed that he did not even apologise for making this mistake and felt he was pulling a fast one to make extra money. Positives: Good central location, good value breakfast. Negatives: The young Irish girl on reception had a bit of a chip on her shoulder both at check in and when reporting faults in the room, the guy serving at the bar struggled to take/process a drinks order. Lights in the room were faulty, one was repaired the other remained faulty after the hassle […] of reporting it first time it just wasnt worth it! the hotel was great, in a very good location, the only moan we both did have was the 'pillows' on the bed they was like sleeping on breeze blocks! ,(thats the only problem we found) Althought the bed & room was very warm & comfortable would definatly recommend a stay there! :)

As soon as you walk in to the hotel you know your going to enjoy your stay. A top class hotel in the perfect location. The comfiest beds, fantastic breakfast and a great view of the lit up wheel from our window.

The only problem I had were the drunk and loud guests staying in the room in front of mine, but as soon as I called guest services, security staff showed up to ask them to lower their voice. I really enjoyed my stay there, and it definitely exceeded our expectations.

This was my second stay at the Jury, it is in a lovely position on the Albert Dock, right by the Echo arena, Conference centre, Liverpool eye and the multi stori carpark, you get a 25% discount for carpark from the Hotel, cost £7.50 for 24 hour stay, the little shops and museums, are within 5 minute walk, and Liverpool one shopping centre, Matthew St, […] and St James Train Station, within 10 minute walk, the rooms are nice clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, buffet eat as much as you like, fresh fruit, fruit salad,yogurts, cereals, porridge, Full English breakfast, diffent breads, rolls, toast, jams,marmalade, peanut butter, etc, scones donuts, croissants tea, coffee, fruit teas, breakfast is served from 6.30-10 during the week and 6.30-11.30 weekends. Very clean and welcoming from the start. Staff friendly and efficient. Room was small and comfortable. Breakfast spread was amazing: lots of choice: cereals, fruits, cooked breakfast, toast, croissants etc. Service was quick and helpful. Good time to come, as the Echo Arena wasn't being used, the view was good, Christmas lights were on, but no rowdy […] people on nights out. We five went to watch Liverpool defeat Fulham 4-0, so what's to complain about?. This hotel was just perfect for us but generally I don't stay at hotels that exploit us by making internet charges for WiFi. That's just outdated and insultingly ungenerous.

...for our visit ti the Echo Arena. Couldn't be closer. Very polite/professional staff from reception/bar/restaurant/housekeeping. Lovely superior room on 6th floor facing the Arena/Wheel/Birkenhead/Mersey. Nice food (breakfast) with plenty of choice, and 25% discount on overnight parking at the Arena car park next door.Would love to stay again although […] cost prohibitive for an old retiree like me to visit regularly. We spent one night in the hotel. Staff are very helpful, we arrived early but our room was ready. We got up for breakfast and didnt realise breakfast was not served quite as late on a weekday. However we were not made to feel that we needed to hurry and had a leisurely breakfast which had everything you could think of. Booked this hotel with 4 other friends. Ideal location as you couldn't be any nearer to the Echo arena! friendly receptionists, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice breakfast and all for a great price! Would definetely recommend a stay here to friends.

It's a Jurys - you already know what to expect. A reasonable bar and restaurant with reasonably friendly staff with reasonably clean and tidy rooms. It's fairly new, so tidy and well kept. This is a fantastic hotel and so easy access to the arena and albert dock etc. The parking is in the arena car park but you get a discount so only cost £7.50 for 24 hrs. We finally found a hotel with a comfy bed with duvet the only downside was the pillows were really hard. The information said there were softer ones on top of the wardrobe but they […] were still hard. Also they do not do room service. We went to see a show and at the same time the football had been on so the bar was very busy and thought to chill and relax in room and order some drinks and nibbles but we couldnt. Maybe we missed the information about it but we felt that and the pillows were the only thing to let this hotel down - well for us. Nothing major at all and we would definately stay there again. Charges rates for a full service hotel but just misses the mark. Very slow check in and check out process. Food in the restaurant (dinner) was better than most chains. Shame that they still charge separately for Internet access - surely now as essential as running water or electricity? Housekeeping was excellent.
