We spent 3 nights in this Holiday Inn. It's close to West Kensington subway station and Fulham broadway station. Lots of pubs, restaurants, shops around. Friendly staff. No bad surprises. We recommand. PS: easy lugages storage if you arrive earlier or leave in the afternoon.

Everything was pretty average (inside the hotel). Staffs were ok (lack of smiles though). The buffet breakfast was average. We don't really like the neighbourhood around that area. The closest Metro station for this hotel is the West Kensington Station (5-7 mins walk from the hotel), not quite handy if you are gong to the sightseeing attraction areas […] (lanes changing quite a bit inside Metro station). Friendly, welcoming staff, rooms are well laid out and ours was spotlessly clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast and continuously topped up. A great little hotel for a short stay in London, only a few minutes walk from the underground. I will be returning, many thanks!

Great clean hotel, great breakfast. 5 min walk to the metro- amazing indian restaurant next door. If you are comfortable walking (I mean able) to the metro it is a great place to stay. Has a beer and snacks downstairs at night. We enjoyed it. Biggest thing to us is cleaniness and they were spot on!

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay whilst visiting the Exhibition centre. The hotel was approximately 15 minutes walk from the centre, and about 6 or 7 minutes walk from West Brompton tube station. The hotel was located in a farily busy location with a lot of small shops, minimarkets, restaurants & takeaways. As the hotel doesn't cater for […] evening meals, the number of restaurants & takeaways proved to be very useful. And if you like fish & chips, I'd recommend the "traditional fish & chips bar" a few doors aong the road fro the hotel! The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and the room itself was very clean, tidy & comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, as was the toilet. The shower was excellent, with plenty of pressure and consistent hot water. Soap & shampoo/shower gel was provided via wall mounted dispensers. There was also a small notice in the bathroom that said that if a guest had forgotten to bring any toiletries, the hotel would supply complimentary items such as a face clocth, razor, shaving cream or a comb. I did actually take them up on the offer when I realised that I'd lost my comb during the day and they did indeed provide a new one, free of charge. The air conditioning seemed to work okay, but it did seem a little bit slow to operate and the hair dryer that was fitted in the room was a little on the weak side, but it was just about adequate enough for one day. Tea & coffee making facilities were also provided, but in our room these were "just enough". We had only enough to make 2 cups of coffee (1 each) and that pretty much wiped out the supplies! To be fair, I'm sure they'd have provided more on request, but I think that they should put a few more in the room in the first place. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows even came with removable tags marked as "soft" & "firm"!! brilliant value for money, great room with en suite and breakfast.

Hotel is what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Good value for money and clean. Hot breakfast selection was limited but again for the price was satisfactory. The ony reason I would not stay at this hotal again is it is a slight walk to either of the nearest tube stations and the surrounding area can be a bit intimidating at night. very good hotel

The hotel was OK - nothing fancy, but I didnt expect that either. I normally do not write reviews, but in this case I feel I have to, because of my experience at Holiday inn. I checked in late, came tired, and got a room at 1st floor. The entire night we could hear water dripping ( I think we were located above the restaurant etc, so the noise was VERY […] loud), I do not have problems sleeping, but this sound was very annoying and kept going the whole night! So of course I wanted to change my room and when I talked to the receptionist it seemed as if they knew this room was bad "located" regarding the noise - but still took the change to give it to some naive tourist. We got the room changed, but our first night was not worth mentioning. Great staff- hotel clean and tidy. Don't get off tube at earls court-go on one more to West Kensington- good 10 mins walk from tube other than that a very pleasant stay

Good hotel with good service. Nice continental breakfast. WiFi solution could be better and the ekstra bed was terrible. 5 min walk to the nearest Underground Station West Kensington and from here approx. 25 min to Piccadilly Circus. But all in all a good hotel I can recommend.

Our room was fine, good size, very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was brilliant, good variety of food on offer. No problems at all and the staff were very helpful & friendly on reception desk.

Room was clean but very noisy. Overall everything was good.

Clean, modern hotel. Good location approx 5 minute walk to nearest tube station. The only negative comment to make is that the reception, area, bar and breakfast area are all the same area. No atmosphere in the bar area. However, on the plus side, nice and quiet at night. Overall good value.

the hotel is in convient location for tube and rail stationsand on a good bus route. it is nice and quiet in rooms. the beds were a bit uncomfortable (too soft and springy) and the bath towels were stupidly small. the room and beds were very clean as was the bath room, which was very nice, and there were no problems with the room. the breakfast choice […] was a bit limited with no real healthy option. their idea of that was tinned fruit or cereal, all of which were kiddie cereals and no healthy ones. it was all white bread too. on the whole not a bad stay and everything you expect from a budget hotel xxx Διαβάστε περισσότερα

Little gem of a hotel! Staff very helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a huge bonus, was not expecting the variety of food that was available!!! Would definatley stay again!!!!

one of the elevators was broken so it took forever to go up and down floors also we were charged a large amount to make a local call and were not warned about this at check in or prior to the call the breakfast area is quite congested and makes it hard to get breakfast, they need a better layout to help move the flow of people.

Very clean modern hotel, friendly staff,5-10 mins walk from West Kenington Tube (depends on speed of kids etc!) so good base to get to anywhere in London. Will stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. Breakfast was good, as we were expecting a continental breakfast with croissant and buns, instead there was a buffet style with sausages and scrambled eggs as well as the normal cereal and toast. We were given a room which was for the disabled, not a huge problem but would have preferred a normal one.

My family (wife, 2 kids & me) stayed 3 nights prior to joining a tour which starts around the area. The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes walk to either West Brompton or West Kensington tube station. There is a coin-operated laundromat just across the street. Along the street, there are lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is great. […] The family room we had is rather tight. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Wished they had put in two double beds instead. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On the last day, they opened up breakfast for us early so that we can have some cereals prior to joining a tour which starts at 6am. The Hotel is reasonably close to the Earls Court and West Brompton Stations. It provides simple continental breakfast. The TV is quite good with HD quality. The down side is there is no fridge and no complimentary Wi-Fi. I think Wi-Fi is a must facility, just like a hot bath, can you charge your guest extra for a hot bath?

Rooms were clean but on the small side. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Good budget price, as the title says you get what you pay for. Would use again as an overnight stop.

Good location, near to a Co-operative and Tesco and a few takeaways and just over 5 minutes walk to West Kensington tube station. Comfy bed, decent shower, tv has Sky 1 and Sky News as well as basic channels. Not impressed with breakfast, went at 8am, no cutlery, no glasses for juice, not much choice of continental. At last I have found the hotel I have been looking for in London , clean , comfortable, good value , spacious, a real breakfast included and very helpful staff. The real deal !!!!

food was terrible. internet didin't work all the time

This hotel is very reasonably priced but you certainly get what you pay for. The only problems we had were the matress on the bed which was really soft and not good for anyone's back and the noisy neighbours nextdoor . Our room had a door adjoining another room and we were woken during the night by the couple next door. The tube station is only a 5 […] minute walk away but you get the feeling that the neighbourhood isn't 100% safe and you do have to walk past some flats that are a bit dodgy looking. 800M from West Kensington Tube Station. So easy to get to get to All parts of London and 1 km from Barons Court tube direct to Heathrow. Hotel and Rooms very clean and Modern so a good 3 star Hotel. We normally stay in 4 / 5 star hotels but after reading the goods reveiws on this hotel we decided to try it out. We were not disapointed. Check in was swift. Room large in comparison with other London hotels and very clean. The Free Breakfast included was basic but nice. Would stay again.

Though the neighborhood around the hotel may be slightly less than desired, when you walk into the entrance of the Holiday Inn you can't help but be impressed. It was clean, comfortable and there was a very good continental breakfast. As far as european hotels go, this one exceeded my expectations. We stayed 4 nights in the very nice hotel, good travel (bus and tube). The room was clean, the lady filled up every day the coffee / tee. The only 'negative' experience was the breakfast: as regarding meat products it was those horrible englisg sausages all mornings for four days. Well, not that bad, but quite boring :).
