The hotel was excellent value and in a very good location. My room was very spacious (actually a triple although booked as a double) and staff were very helpful. What a delightful surprise to walk into the beautiful lobby and welcome greeting. The staff were most helpful and caring of our needs. The walk from town was a little confusing for us once we left the bus station. The preakfast was good and the price was right. I would come back and stay again.

The staff of the hotel is amazing, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, very courteous. they answered all our questions, made great suggestions about restaurants, beaches.

Very good value for money! A bit noisy, but very clean, people at the reception (24/7) were very helpful and nice. The hostel is in a great location, 2 minutes from the center, 15 minutes from the train station.

Very comfortable rooms, large bar. Very helpful staff. Conveniently located for the centre of Sorrento and 10 mins walk to the train station for trips to Pompei etc. Hotel is very clean and deserving, in my opinion, of a higher star rating,

Very large and clean, comfortable room. And yes this is a hotel and not a hostel. The only issues: 1) sound carries quite easily through the corridors (lots of sounds of walking on tiles) and into the rooms. This would be better if the corridors were carpetted; & 2) The shower/bath did not have very warm water. An easy, flat walk from the station but use the road underpass to get down to the hotel. This is just a hotel for sleeping in as many rooms do not have a view. Breakfast is fine except for the coffee machine. I can't understand why it is so hard to provide tea,coffee, hot water and real milk. Walk down to the wharf to catch the ferry to Positano and […] then Amalfi. These are best approached from the water. A trip to Pompeii is half an hour on the local train. The shared living quarters are plush, roomy, and well-lit. There's free wi-fi in the lobby. The rooms are larger than expected for a hostel and are exceptionally clean, partially due to the tile floors. Keys to the rooms are Smartcard enabled. No need for "old fashioned" keys, just scan (not slide) your key. Also used for energy efficiency. Lights and electricity will not queue without inserting the card upon entering the room. The location is only a short walk from the main road in Sorrento and has a nice view of other hotels on the cliff. Makes a nice photo at night. This place exceeded my expectations! Comments from previous guests suggested that this was an excellent place to stay in Sorrento and these were absolutely spot on. We found the room to be spacious, clean and furnished to a high standard. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel's location was within very easy walking distance to Sorrento's centre. The hotel (for there […] is no way that this should be described as a hostel) is in a quiet location so no noisy bars or passing holiday makers to keep you awake during the night! My girlfriend and I have just returned from spending a few days at this Hotel and overall we were very impressed. The room was huge and bathroom twice the size you'd expect. The location is also very convenient as it is central to the old town. The staff were excellent everyone you came into contact with wished you good morning etc. For the money this is well worth a go, don't be put off by the inclusion of 'Hostel' as it is a Hotel through and through. The rooms were very large for European hotels, and was also very clean. Beds were decent. Biggest problem was the noise. The floors are marble and everything echos. Once the cleaning crew starts in the morning you can forget trying to sleeps. Chairs and equipment are continually dragging across the marble floor making horribly loud screeching. I wasn't […] on the top floor, but there is a parking garage on the top of the building and I would imagine cars over your room would add to the noise. Also, the walk from the hotel to the downtown area is about 10-15 minutes, to and from the train station is about 15 minutes, and to the port (for capri or positano boats) is about 20 minutes. This was a little distance from the train station but worth the walk there. A little hard to find but again worth finding.. A beautiful place perched a short walk above a very quaint old town fishing village. This was a very nice place to stay while in Serrento and Serrento is just charming.

The room is equivalent to a hotel standard. It's still in the city centre. Good vaue for money. Highly recommended.

great hotel on the outskirts of the old town area of Sorrento. 2 minutes to the old town but a 20 minute walk to the boat docks and an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station. Rooms were large, great condition, staff very helpful.

The only downside that we could find to this place is that it was a tad difficult to find even w/the Google map. However, the bus driver knew exactly where to find it. The warning I'd offer to anyone […] coming to Sorrento from Naples is to stay out of the Naples train station if at all possible. We thought we were prepared for the pickpockets there but we were really wrong. We were on the circumvesuviana when that occurred. 소렌토역에서 15분 정도 걸어야되고 중간에 계단도 있어서 도착했을때, 떠날 때 캐리어 갖고 움직이기 좀 불편하긴 합니다. 그러나 역하고 사이가 소렌토 번화가라서 구경할 것도 많고 사람들도 많아서 전혀 위험하지 않고 오히려 재밌어요. 짐 많을때 제외하고는 오히려 걸어다니면서 구경해서 더 좋기도 합니다. 호스텔 더블룸에서 묵었는데 실내 객실은 큰 편이고 매우 깨끗해요. 화장실 역시 넓고 깨끗합니다. 용품도 잘 갖춰져 있구요. 가격도 저렴하고 직원들도 친절하고 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 간다면 여기서 또 묵고 싶어요.

Ficamos surpreendidos com o Hotel. Excelente relação custo benefício, o Hotel relamente merece nosssa aprovação e eindicação. Otimo quarto, limpeza, atendimento, café da manhã muito bom. E o melhor, preço muito bom ! Recomendo . . .
