Bilem High Class Hotel - ΑντάλιΑ

This hotel actually charge extra for fresh orange juice at breakfast and wouldn`t allow my partner to bring a breakfast tray to our room when I was ill without charging room service. The room was extremely tatty with stains on carpet, crack in toilet and dirty shower surround. This hotel certainly needs refurbishing.

For the price this hotel was a very good deal. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety of fresh food. From what we could see they were renovating part of the hotel. Our room was clean except for the carpets which were filthy and in dire need of shampooing. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with all our needs. Acceptable if you […] are on a budget. More amenities would be available during the summer. The seaside deck is being rebuilt at our time of stay. Nice view of the sea. Bilem Hotel feels a bit like an outdated cruise ship. The area where people can sunbathe and swim is absolutely amazing! The staff there is superb! So friendly!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the way this hotel treat its customers. If you go book the hotel through a tour company they will treat you with respect. If you want to check into this hotel without a tour company their treatment changes. I had to wait for about three hours waiting to check in just because a tour company brought about 40 customers […] right before I arrived. The bus tour had blocked the road to the hotel and we could not move our car. We were very much sandwiched between the tour bus and the cars behind us for over two hours. When I complained to the afternoon manger he was not helpful at all and when I complained to the morning manager it was clear that no one cares and they even did not apologize. Although I was planning to be in this hotel for two nights I checked out early and did not stay in that hotel. The hotel is not staffed by good english speakers so was very frustrating as new comers to visiting Turkey. Getting directions was a real chore, and there was NOT one tourist pamphlet there. We got wrong directions to the bus routes, and no help where to go. The houeskeeping staff smoked on our non smoking floor, in their little room. We were also not […] told we could reserve really nice seats on their private "beach". They also did not change the bed sheets after 2 days, and beleive me it is very sweaty. Having put all the negatives, overall we enjoyed our stay once we knew what we were doing. THe hotel was clean, and the pool was divine. The aircons worked beautifully. The "beach/sea platform" was accessible via a lift and very beautiful. The staff were friendly, even if challenged with English, and once we got our bearings, we had a lovely stay in Antalya, with close access to all major bus routes to sights.It isn't close to the Old Town and Konyalti Beach if that is where you want to be. Bokade en långweekend tidig vår innan säsong. Mycket trevligt hotell med bra och gästvänlig personal. Väldigt prisvänligt och prisvärt. Hyggligt bra frukostbuffé men inte superklass.

Skjønner ikke hvordan de kan kalle seg highclass for det var de ikke. Helt ok for to dager, men vi fikk først feil rom så måtte klage på det. Frokosten var ikke bra og det var heller ikke lov å spise eller ta med egen snacks/drikke på hotellet. Aşağıda bilgilerini bulacağınız otelde eşimle beraber bir gece konaklama yaptık. Odanın pis kokusu ve 4 yıldızlı bir otele yakışmayan banyosu hakkında şikayette bulunmak istiyorum. Odadaki kokunun ağırlığı yüzünden sabaha kadar balkon kapısı açık uyumak zorunda kaldık. Otel yönetimi odaya sadece parfüm sıkarak sorunu gidermeye çalıştı. Banyonun tavan […] yuksekliğinin yasal ölçülerin çok altında olmasından dolayı küvetin içinde ancak çömelerek banyo yapmak zorunda kaldık.!!! 4 yıldızlı bir otelde bu tip sıkıntılar yaşamak açıkcası beni ve eşimi çok üzdü. Bu otele 4 yıldız verilirken odalar, banyolar ve otelin diğer yerleri nasıl bir denetimden geçiyor? Bu banyoda ve bu küvetin içinde insan nasıl yıkanabilir? Bel fıtığı olan bir kişi olarak çömelmek zorunda kaldım. Bu sorunlar, bizden önce ve sonra o odada kalacak yerli ve yabancı turistlerin de canını sıkacak boyutta. Das Hotel ist "okay", aber keine 4-Sterne wert. Was uns am meisten gestört hat ist die ungenaue Lagebeschreibung: es liegt nicht mitten in Antalya (sondern im Vorort Lara) und nicht "in der Nähe" von den angegebenen Sehenswürdigkeiten (ca. 5km entfernt) und schon gar nicht am Strand. Der Strand ist ein Badeplateau unterhalb der Felswand, recht komfortabel […] mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Den ganzen Tag läuft dort laute Discomusik. Das Hotelpersonal könnte freundlicher sein und spricht relativ schlecht Englisch. Aber die Wünsche wurden dennoch erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind schön und freundlich eingerichtet, alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Bis auf dem Teppichboden auch sauber. Besonders gut fanden wir das Hallenbad und die beiden Saunen sowie den Außenpool. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt "ok" und nur dann zu empfehlen, wenn Stadtzentrum und Sandstrand nicht gewünscht wird. Διαβάστε περισσότερα
