"Grand Spa Resort A-Rosa Kitzbühel - Relaxing Spa"
Very nice hotel. Convenient position. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Drinks and meals were very expensive and there are a limited number of restaurants in the town. The spa facilities were excellent (but you have to get used to no swimsuits). We'd recommend this hotel.

Although somewhat on the high priced side, this is a top notch hotel for a day or a week of perfect relaxation. Spa area is tremendous, including 6 sauna or Turkish bath type areas, relaxation room, great in- and outdoor pool ... Buffet breakfast and dinner are well worth the price. Sightly disappointing was the fact that the hotel did not offer a free […] afternoon snack as they did in the year they opened. Et helt suverent sted for overnevnte kombi. Bra restauranter med unntak av treig servering på Monte e Mare. Veldig bra Spa og veldig serviceminded betjening.

Service und Präsentation des Hotels waren sehr professionell. Unsere Tochter (4J.) hat sich im Kids Club sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir als Eltern konnten unkompliziert die Gelegenheit für einen Spaziergang in die Nahe gelegene Stadt nutzen und am anderen Tag für eine Wanderung in der schönen Landschaft, die direkt hinter dem Hotel beginnt.Frühstück- und Abendbüffet, […] die in der Halbpension inbegriffen waren, waren gut. "Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet"
Der Spa Bereich ist wunderbar mit reichlich Möglichkeiten Auch das Angebot des kleinen Imbiss zwischendurch ist sehr lecker und der "Marktplatz" mit Bar und Terrasse, Raucherlounge und Kamin sehr geschmckvoll. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können den Service und das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Hotel Personnel hat vergessen, Badetuch und Bademantel in unseren Zimmer hinzulegen und wir mussten zweimal telefonieren und Restaurants Angebot war nicht so toll. z.B. Golf-club Haus aber sonstens Ambiente war super und alles dabei was wir haben möchten.

Schon bei der Anreise wirkt es wie ein bombastischer Komplex leider ist es von innen nicht mehr so vielversprechend. positiv aufgefallen ist: + Frühstücksbuffet (übertrifft jedes Leading Hotel) + Ernährungsberaterin beim Frühstück + Bemühen der Mitarbeiter und die Freundlichkeit + Angebot der Anwendungen im Spa + Restaurant Kaps (1 Michelin Stern) ausgezeichnetes […] Essen negativ aufgefallen ist: - Zimmer, zwar sehr originell, aber unpassender amerikanischer, geschmackloser Stil (passt zu dem "Äußeren" des Hotels überhaupt nicht - zb keine Kugelschreiber od Schreibwaren im Zimmer - billige Badeschlapfen wie in einem 3 Stern Hotel - fast ausschließliches deutsches Personal was in die Tiroler "Lanschaft" auch nicht so passt - im Spa Bereich gibt es nichts zu trinken (0,33 l Mineral kostet 3 Euro) nicht mal Leitungswasser - das finde ich extem schade, weil das gibt es in jedem 4 Stern Hotel - Auto wird in die Garage gestellt ohne das man darauf hingewiesen wird, dass es 15 Euro am Tag kostet, obwohl rund herum keine Kurzparkzone ist - insgesamt wird einem das Gefühl gegeben, dass man abgecasht wird wo es nur geht. - Preise der Spa-Anwendungen Grundsätzlich ein überteurtes Hotel in einer tollen Lage. Leider ist es für ein 5 Stern Hotel zu viel negatives und daher haben wir es zwar gesehen, aber hinfahren werden wir nicht mehr -dafür gibt es in KItzbühel eine zu große Auswahl an anderen tollen Hotels Διαβάστε περισσότερα
