Hotel was very nice. Front desk person who checked us in was quite unfriendly. Everything else was great.

Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Only complaint was our check in time was later than what Hotels.com gave us.... The "hot breakfast" was pretty lame as well. Overall, it was a very comfortable room and an enjoyable stay.

We only stayed one night but will definitely stay there again. The outdide pool is like a mini water park. Clean rooms, friendly service, great breakfast. Great place to stay.

I took my granddaughter for a weekend trip and stayed at this hotel. The only draw back that I would note is that the parking is inadequate and for the most part inconvenient.

Check-In isn't until 4 (!). We arrived at 5 and still didn't get to our room until 6pm. Their excuse was "We had a full house last night and housekeeping is having a hard time catching up". I was angry but tried to not let it bother me. This was the worst part about the hotel. Everything was great, except, the mattress needs to be replaced. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions you might have. Our stay was great. Looking forward to going back.

THIS HOTEL GIVES YOU THAT DOWN HOME FEEL. LOVELY LOBBY, AND YOU CAN SIT BY THE FIREPLACE AND ENJOY YOUR FAMILY AS WELL AS OTHER FAMILIES. It is a wonderful hotel. The rooms were clean and staff very nice. Can't think of any thing bad to say. We had a great time. Our room had a wonderful view of the river. The lobby was very nice with a grand fireplace. The breakfast was very good. We hope to stay there next year. We go to Pigeon Forge every December. Would recommend to freinds.

The hotel was beautiful with all the holiday decorations. We only stayed here one night due to going on into gatlinburg for the remaining 4 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. Stayed for several days. The room was quite elegant and everything clean and neat. Easy access to the internet, the breakfast was really great. Lots to choose from. Definitely will stay again!

My sister and I were having what we call just a sister weekend where we just kick back without any children or husbands or boyfriends.Just a time to get caught up with what is going on in each others life.

We stay at this hotel everytime we go to Pigeon Forge. It is always clean, well maintained, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and management is awesome!! The view from the back of the hotel is breathtaking as it overlooks a beautiful river. Get a riverview room if possible. Had a wonderful stay with my 8 year old son and my mother. Outdoor and indoor pool were clean and my son was more interested in swimming than going to Dollywood. He also liked the game room in the hotel. The hotel staff appeared to be helpful and friendly, but since I didn't have any problems or issues, I didn't have much dealings with them. This hotel is amazing! The lazy pool is great. Rooms are large, clean and well presented. The dinning room is nice and large for breakfast, plenty of tables to choose from and a lovely buffet breakfast to choose from too. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay the staff was very kid friendly . I did enjoy the large back area it was a place where you could sit and relax and listen to the stream . I will stay again on my next visit JBH/North Carolina

This is a beautiful hotel and with some great and friendly staff.But before we could enter our rooms.We had trouble getting in our rooms.the key cards would not work.so we had to go back down to the front desk for new Key cards.not once but twice! The next biggest thing was HOUSEKEEPING! We asked that our room be cleaned the next day and we left for […] hours.When we returned I checkd to see if the sheets on the bed had been changed.NO NO NO!!! I have a way of telling if the sheets were changed and they had not.(a secret of mines).Not only that they did not vaccum.And when I got in the shower I notice the tub had not been cleaned out also.And of course front desk was SHOCKED by this. Right! This is one of the most scary things about staying in hotels.Not knowing if you are sleeping on sheets from someone who was there before you.Oh one more thing to add to this.A piece of trim fell off the wall.When I went to report it to front desk.The woman looked at me like to say"What do you want me to do about it".When she called maintence she said to them" I guess they want you to come and fix it".unbelieveable! EXCELLENT LOCATION AND POOL AREAS.

VERY, VERY RELAXING! WITH THE POOL ( INDOOR AND OUT) ,YOU DON'T EVEN NEED TO LEAVE. THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME !!! WILL STAY AGAIN.

Checkin staff was friendly, helpful, made you feel like they really wanted you there. Only complaint was the lighting in the room. Would stay here again.

The staff was responsive when needed but not friendly and welcoming to guests. They seemed to be preoccupied with their "process" and not very cordialt. June 13, 2011. The pools were very kid friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

The only negative comment I have for our stay at Music Road , a group of young men just walked in off the street and came into pool area.They were on the slide with our small granddaughter. We had to pay for our use of the pool. Then, a group could just walk in for free! Older hotel but very clean with friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and the cinnamon buns are great and made onsite.

I believe the best kind of hotel staff, is the ones that you never have to see. And at Music Road Hotel, they were just that. Everything was already taken care of and ready when we got there. Everything advertised was exactly as shown. And the breakfast was actually more. The room was great, nice private balcony, huge bathroom, and very comfortable […] beds. Microwave and fridge in the room. The indoor pool area was also very nice and clean and not at all overcrowded. My only two complaints are that the doors are locked to come in from the rear porch of the hotel, by the river, even with a key card. And there were too many pillows on the bed. (is that really a complaint?!?!) We travel a good bit and I know for sure that we'll be back again. A decent hotel is 'good enough' for me, this was way above that and well worth the money! We stayed at this hotel while on vacation in the PIgeon Forge / Gatlinburg area during the week of Valentine's Day. This was a great hotel. The outside of the hotel isn't anything spectacular, but looks can be deceiving. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was spotless with a huge fireplace and plenty of chairs and sofas to relax near […] the fire. We had the King Suite and it was so nice with a comfortable bed and hottub. Make sure to ask for a room on the backside of the hotel so you can get the view of the mountains and the river that runs behind the hotel. There's a sitting area outside in the back with rocking chairs where you can sit and relax while watching the geese and ducks swim around in the river. And each morning they serve a huge hot breakfast with almost anything you could want. You can also eat your breakfast outside on the patio if you want too. They also have a indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi as well as the outside pool and lazy river. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel.
