The location was pretty ok, unfortunately the price is to expensive for a standard room. However the staff if very friendly and I must say im pleased with the shuttle service.

Nice hotel of western standard (rare in Venezuela), conveniently located next to airport. Expensive though. The hotel restaurant did not impress me - first brought me the menu without prices, then didn't have the meal I have chosen.

All guests had to wait until the 3:00pm check-in time. We waited in line. The registration process went smoothly most of the time. The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. I made my 5:00am airport check-in. The hotel security was alert and I felt safe there.

I paid too much for this hotel on Hotels.com but it is convenient to the airport and probably the best you'll get in Caracas. The restaurant is GREAT! The pool is lovely. There is security present.

The room was big the staff was nice but it is time to give the rooms a lift. For the price the hotel rooms should be cleaner and the matress softer. For one night was fine. Lets say you pay for conveniance of beeing 5 min from aurport.

the only reason to stay here is because its close to the airport and Caracas is up to an hour away - but having said that it is a good hotel but too expensive. Breakfast food is OK but served on polystyrene plates with cheap plastic cutlery which is a bit strange - like you are on a plane already!

I payed an extra of 60 dollard because we arrive early ....so the check in is very late 3 pm !

Hair in bathtub, toilet stained, carpet dirty , bed-sheets stinky and stained , very expensive for the service provided ,waited long time for breakfast items, very disorganized , I would try to stay away of this hotel.

They offer a complimentary airport transportation service, but I was unable to talk to anyone in the hotel to get information about it. I phoned them more than 10 times during 2-3 days after making an online reservation, but no one answered the phone. I was told at the airport that their shuttle van service departed every 15 minutes, but I waited for […] more than one hour and had to take a cab after that. Next day in the morning, on the way back to the airport we were more than 20 people waiting for the shuttle service and they had only one mini van with 7 seats, so again I had to take (and pay for it) another CAB. We found the hotel to be convenient and close to the airport. Our shuttle driver was there to pick us up and was very professional and courteous. The food at the restaurant was a little expensive and the rug in our room needed to be cleaned. We would definitely stay there again without hesitation if we ever find myself overnighting in Caracas.

The hotel provides (or advertises) a shuttle service from and to the national and international airports. The property overall was modern, nice and very close to the airport. Airport shuttle bus service was great. Restaurant was very good. Bathrooms were nice but the rest of the room was a bit tired and the matresses were poor. This is a fine hotel for an overnight airport stay.

Expensive, but if you need a place to stay close to the airport, and you're willing to pay the price, this is the option for you. Great free continental breakfast and free shuttles to the airport sweeten the deal a little.

The hotel was fine. There was no signage or help available at the airport as to where the shuttle would pick up, or when. More people spoke and understood English here than in anywhere else I traveled within Venezuela.

This is a very expensive hotel for the quality of it. The only reason I stay and pay this amount og money for it is safety. It is close to the airport and the shuttle takes you to and from the hotel.

Like other reviews I have read about this hotel I would agree that if you only have one night to stay this hotel is a hesitant okay. It's very close to the airport and they do have a shuttle bus that is timely. The breakfast is alright. A city like Caracas the place to stay in Maiquetía is Shipbuilding Express because when you first get there when the taxi takes you there they ask you in the parking if you have a reservation and if you do not have one, there no way that you could get in, and this this for own safety. We stayed in the Eurobuilding Hotel Maiquetia twice, on the way to and coming back from Los Roques. If you do not plan to visit Caracas and only stay overnight to catch a plane, the hotel is perfect. The shuttle sporadically shows up at the airport. Make sure you are on the lower level because no sign tells you where to pick up the shuttle. I stayed here on 2 different nights of the week and my first room was facing the road and it smelled like smoke. It wasn't as clean as I would have wanted. The only thing I can complain about is that there is no fitted sheet so you slide all over the mattress all night and it seems completely unsanitary knowing others have touched the mattress too. The other thing is they do not provide wash clothes. So when taking a shower you have to deal with not feeling completely clean. Like everything else in this country, this hotel, which is probably around the calibre of a Hampton Inn, but charging Conrad prices, is way overpriced but this is typical for Venezuela. There is a restaurant that is hidden way in the back of the hotel that is equally overpriced for mediocre food and bad service.

Me gusto mucho. Tuvimos un inconveniente importante con una información mal suministrada por el hotel y por esa razón nos compensaron con unas horas extras en la habitación y un almuerzo. Muy conformes y contentos.
