This hotel was located in an excellent place in Montecatini Terme just across the thermal baths and the park and 5 minutes walking distance to the city center and the shops. The train station is also very close which is very convenient if you want to visit Florence or Pisa in a day trip by train without having to take your car. The hotel was in very good condition; rooms are clean, spacey and lovely and offered parking area for the car which is locked during nights though not secured. I didn’t feel that my car was in any danger at all inside the parking. The only bad point is the breakfast. This was not a 4 star hotel breakfast! Very basic, juices were not fresh and really bad, coffee was from automatic machine, nothing to do with the Italian good cappuccino, and bread was too hard. Hotel also didn’t have other extra facilities like swimming pool, bar, big saloons etc. but overall impression was very positive. I would definitely suggest it for its price.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι όμορφο με πολύ άνετα δωμάτια. Δυστυχώς η περιοχή είναι βιομηχανική και ένα εργοστάσιο βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο.

The hotel is located next to the Leaning Tower and about 500m from the city center. The rooms are rather small, but clean. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel is found just outside the city walls. it offers bicycles and the route is just 2 klm long. We cincerely want to thankthe family for all the great hospitality and the help offerred to us.They really made our holidays a very pleasant experience. Definetely a recommend !
"Charming B&B, lovely hostess"
A charming house just an easy flat 2km stroll out of lucca. Beautiful and tranquil gardens. Bikes are provided free, and cycling is the best way to get in and around Lucca. Anna, the owner could not do enough to help us - lovely lady. Great option for anyone with a car, as there is parking on-site.

Lovely B&B. Anna and her family took great care of us and went out of their way to help us.The house is set in a lovely garden. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. We had a car so it was in a great location to get out and explore Lucca and the surrounding areas in Tuscany. Highly recommend.

We stayed two nights in this very well-run B&B. Our experience was very positive, due to the excellent service and welcome provided by the owner, Anna. The only drawback is the distance from the city (about a 30 minute walk along some quite busy roads in places). However Anna made up for this by collecting and taking us in her car to the station and […] providing good bikes free of charge. "Cozy and familiar stay in lucca"
We had a very lovely stay with anna in Lucca. The place was a little hard to find at first, but when we found it, it was a true pearl. Anna lent us bikes free of charge and the inner city was easily reached by bike. Definitely recommendable. Oh the breakfast was good by the way.
