Nice hotel to stay for business trip. But quite noisy due to a very huge construction going on in front of the hotel.

Honestly just good. Actually great. Not much to envy from the mainstream big players 5* hotels. Location, service, room, everything was there. Came in as an Expedia elite member and didn't even have to ask to be upgraded, as was originally mentioned on the deal I signed up too but which isn't always respected. Would definitely recommend it anytime […] and as a regular shanghai traveller who tried many different proposals, I think I finally found my perfect match and from now won't be looking anywhere else! The executive room is well lay-out for business stays. I found it much better than a regular king size room in the same hotel. Book early and you will get a reasonably price room. The location in Puxi is close to all major activities. Staff member is friendly and like to help.

Conveniently located with friendly and helpful staff. Beware of "extra" costs, such as service charges for breakfast. Wifi system is NOT dependable and goes in and out (may not be hotel's fault).

The hotel was very clean. The staff (especially Manager and Concierge Manager) were very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and everything was satisfactory.

The service was great, biggest plus is the free wireless included in the hotel price. The location of the hotel is good, with local shops and restaurants nearby in Wu-Jiang street. One big problem: The room arrangement is awkward, and is difficult to move freely from the study desk since it is cramped by the bed and the corner of the room.

HoJo in Shanghai is very different from HoJo in states (i.e., much better). The condition of this hotel is great and the staff is friendly. Including internet connection (WiFi) is another plus.

I concur generally with the other reviews on this hotel. The standard room with a king sized bed is a little cramped but a switch to a business suite on the garden side was wonderful. Good central location. I would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights and had no problems. It has free WiFi in the rooms but not very reliable the lobby is better.Only 5 minutes from station and West Nanging Road.

This hotel in very comfortable and elegant. It is close to a park where you can walk or exercise outdoors. You can easily walk to the subway, a grocery store, and restaurants.

Very centrally located-500m from Nanjing Rd and Metro. Good,clean hotel.Reception staff friendly,and helpfull. Amazing beds,and after failing airconditioning free upgrade to a suite. Although extensive breakfast,slightly tasteless. Clean rooms,and great shower!

I have stayed at this hotel several times since it open. although the carpets in the room need some care, this is one of the best, for not saying the best values for your money in Shanghai.

Recently was in Shanghai for a conference and was looking for a value priced hotel. This one met the criteria. Location was fair at best. A bit far from Nanjing Rd shopping, The Bund, etc...Restaurant was average food/high priced. Location was not readily familiar to taxi drivers. Just a short walk from Nan King West metro station. That is also where the Wu jiang road shopping promenade is. Helpful consierge and comfortable room with large king size bed and big bathroom. Good value.

My expectations were high based on reviews. I would call this a 3.5 at best. Low ceilings. King size bed took up the whole room... made it too crowded. Location was next to construction site and has nothing convenient to it.

When you travel in China, beds are an issue - I like a firm bed but in some hotels in China you might as well be camping so firm are the beds. The beds were very comfortable. The cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel pleasant and not over the top...hints of old China with the odd edgy bits of new China. The 10 minute walk to subway West Nanjing Rd. […] easy. The Hotel is very clean and the hotel staff are pleasant and willing to help when asked. It is also well placed to Nanjing Road. I think the breakfast could be slightly better for us westerners but otherwise ok, get down early for breakfast as when busy the guests spill into the lobby. I will stay there again next time.

The concierge, John was particularly helpful in all matters helping us navigate our way around Shanghai and coordinate transportation to other areas. The bellhop, Jeffery was indispensible to us, answering all questions, and translating English to Chinese and vice-versa. We felt very well taken care of by the front desk staff.

The hotel was great. The brakfast buffet was wonderful. They offered the breakfast buffet and an upgrade to the room from 250 RMB extra. It was well worth it. The taxi ride from the airport should have cost 150 RMB using the taxi meter. I paid a flat rate of 500 RMB with the help of one of the ladies that help people out just outside of customs. Elegant hotel, all was good. Lots of taxis despite it is a bit of a walk to action area ie. Subway ,shopping, restaurant... but not too bad if you look at it as an extra free sport on the way. The hotel is advertised as a "business club" however it has no executive floor level or club room. Front desk staff are not very helpful and their English is below average. Strange hotel layout as well: pool next to parking garage; gym next to meeting rooms etc.

Had a good stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and it was really close to Nanjing Xi road metro line. The only negative about it was the breakfast buffet. ビジネスマン、旅行者ともにおすすめできます。格安とは言えませんが、この価格には十分見合ったホテルです。個人的に好きな“AXN”チャンネルも映りました。部屋の広さも十分で、バスタブと独立のシャワーブスの両方があります。アメニティーも常備で一通り揃っています。清潔感を求める方にも、安心しておすすめできるレベルです。ロケーションは、南京西駅からも歩ける距離で、伊勢丹なども10分くらいのところにありました。日本語は通じませんが、中国への初めての旅行者などにもおすすめできます。どのホテルでもそうですが、禁煙希望の方は、チェックインの際に禁煙ルームをアサインしてくれているかを確認をしたほうが良いかもしれません。

우선 빠른 체크인, 친절한 서비스, 청결상태 다 좋았습니다. 문제가 있다면 호텔 근처 주변에 먹을 장소가 별로 없다는 점. (스타벅스는 있지만, 식사를 할만한데가 없네요.) 식사를 위해서는 난징시루까지 가야하는데 걸어서 10분정도 걸립니다. 가벼운 마음으로 나가긴 조금 무리가.. 나머지는 전부 완벽합니다.

난징시루역에서 걸어서 5-7분. 구글지도와 다른 점: 현재 역에서 직선으로 호텔까지 갈 수 없다. 거리에서 백화점 공사중. 하지만 공사 가벽을 쭉 따라가면 됨. 택시 이용할땐 포시즌스 호텔로 목적지를 말하면 됨. 포시즌스와 하워드존슨은 바로 길건너 잇음. 우리방은 호텔뒤쪽 고급아파트 단지 방향이라 밤이나 아침이나 조용햇음. 호텔뒤쪽엔 고급 아파트상가와 슈퍼. 시장. 국수 가게 등 로컬 가게가 많다. 영어 소통은 안됨. 난징시루역은 번화가. M&S, h&m, gap, 패밀리마트 등 샵과 릴리안베이커리 등 유명 샵이 많다. 2박3일 짧은 일정을 소화하기 좋은 도심내 호텔.

ホテルの対応は親切。部屋も良いです。すぐ隣がスターバックスでその横にATMで日本語選択で日本円と中国元にチェンジできます。レートも良かった。地下鉄南京西路駅から歩いて5分くらい。フォーシーズンの筋向かいで夜はフォーシーズンのバーを利用。
