This was a very good hotel! I recommend it. Lots of variety of food. Nice activities at the pool. Nice staff, they just need to be a little faster .(generally speaking)

Όντας κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο, το Riad Les Lauriers Blancs βρίσκεται στην πόλη μΑρΑκές (Μεδίνα), κοντά σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος όπως: Παλάτι Dar el Bacha, Grand Poste Gueliz και Palais des Congres. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν επίσης σημεία ενδιαφέροντος όπως: Djemaa el Fna και κήπος Majorelle.

"A bit out of the way, but nice"
Having stayed in the medina before, this was a choice to be away from it. The food was great (though a bit pricey), the location was quiet, and the hosts were wonderful. First time to Marrakech, stay in the medina. Second time, stay at this Riad.
"Really decadent for the price - great value"
We loved this place. Stayed in the tent room on the roof which was great as it felt like the roof terrace was all ours. For the price we were struck by the high quality of the place. The breakfasts were really something. The only possible downside is the location - it is a little intimidating as it as at the end of an alley in a very untouristy part […] of town. For some this will probably be off putting. However, for us, while we were a little nervous to begin with and were always vigilant about risks, we actually enjoyed the location. We thought the surrounding streets would get dark and quiet late at night but they were still quite bustly which was a good thing. It's a little walk to the main square and you can easily get very cheap taxis back if you want (costs about 80p from the main sqaure). for us, at this price, this place was lovely. "What else ? !!"
Perfect little place to stay for a couple of nights in Marrakech.. Very quiet and peaceful, providing intimacy and romantic situation, even while the Riad was full... Service was excellent.. The owners were not around, but the full time manager was sooo helpful (and when I say full time, I mean from 7am til 11pm) and kind for the whole duration of our […] trip, and very efficient too (we only learnt at the end that she wasn't the owner herself). Breakfast was very nice, with Morrocan delicacies, and overall quite filling - preparing you for a long day of walk in the Medina. Add to this the Terrace with a nice view, the chicha, the indoor swimming pool/jacuzzi, the hundreds of little lights everywhere.... Would definitely go there again. Διαβάστε περισσότερα

"Excellent Hotel"
Parfait hotel pour un séjour dans la Medina (le long de l'enceinte intérieure). Petit riad plein de charme et parfaitement tenu. Accueil et petit déjeuner parfaits, rien à redire. Highly recommended !
"Mysig Riad i ett tråkigt område"
Ett underbart Riad i ett inte lika underbart område. Mysigt inrett på ett klassiskt marrokanskt vis. Endast ett fåtal rum. Vi bodde i "sviten" som var belägen på takterrassen och inrett som ett berbertält. Mycket bra service. Bra städning. Mycket rimliga priser både på rum och tjänster. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som ringde runt och ordnade bra dagsturer […] och taxitransfer. Supergod frukost som ingår i priset. Beläget vid Medinans mur i ett område utan så många turister och sevärdigheter. Var beredd på att väcka mycket uppmärksamhet som turist och inte i någon possitiv bemärkelse eftersom man inte får vara ifred i en sekund. Διαβάστε περισσότερα
"Buen Riad pintoresco y auténtico."
El riad es muy "auténtico" en el sentido de pintoresco, tiene un pequeño baño árabe (romano) que viene estupendo para un día de largas caminatas, cuando vuelves al riad, por la noche, un bañito en compañía ( si vas acompañado) con agua templada, es muy reconfortante y luego un cigarrito arriba en la terraza, viendo las estrellas en albornoz, que te […] proporciona el riad. El servicio es muy amable y solícito, Amina está siempre dispuesta. La llegada el primer día es un poco desoladora, el barrio en general es un tanto "pobretón" pero al segundo día te das cuenta que simplemente es un barrio humilde y por lo tanto la gente es muy normal y te sientes bien entre ellos; recomiendo que para el traslado desde el aeropuerto, se solicite un taxi al propio riad, te estarán esperando con el nombre escrito en un papel y te llevará directamente al riad ( a 100 metros) porque el último tramo de calles, el taxi no puede entrar, pero si el taxista vá de parte del riad, te acompaña hasta la puerta, despues de la primera vez, con las recomendaciones de Amina, un paseo a la Jemaa Fna, está a unos 20 minutos andando y bastante recto, enseguida se entiende la orientación. Los desayunos son abundantes y variados, solo hice una cena en el riad, la primera noche, llegué muy tarde, muy buena cena, quizás un poco cara, si se compara con las que uno se busca luego por ahí, normal, es un hotel, en cualquier caso, para nuestro bolsillo, aceptable. Le Riad des Lauriers Blancs était vraiment trés agréable, les détails de déco sont particulièrement soignés, la cuisine sur place vraiment bonne....bien que les tarifs étaient plutôt dans la gamme "européens". Calme, accueillant et dépaysant. Je déconseille toutefois la suite Turquoise qui ressemble à une tente Touareg sur le toit terrasse, surtout […] s'il pleut la nuit ou s'il y a du vent, car elle est trés mal isolée ; mais elle est quand même de toute beauté (sans doute la plus belle chambre). Pour moi le Riad, reste le meilleur souvenir de Marrakech. Pour se rendre au Riad, mieux vaux téléphoner afin que quelqu'un vienne vous chercher plutôt que de se faire conduire par quelqu'un qui se dira être du quartier et fera payer 200dhs......
