Room was clean & comfortable. Location was central & it was a breeze getting to the trains back to KL Sentral to take the shuttle to KLIA. Fantastic value for money.

The hotel is old, the public areas were very cold. Our rooms were clean but there was an order that I would not quite place in the hall way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cultural center is a walking distance and easy to get a tour bus from there to tour the city. The breakfast selection was not the best.

The hotel lobby looked pretty nice; however everything went south after that. Water heater in our room is broken. After complaining to the front desk in the morning, they promised to fix it but they never did. We found this out later that night and it's too late we didn't have the energy to make another complaint that night. We did however mention to […] them in the next morning when we checked out. They didn't say anything to express their concern at all. How sad... The neighborhood is actually in Little India, so it's not in the greatest area. The closest mass transit is about 10~15min walk. It's usually not a concern when you start your day, but it's something to think about after a long tired day. We didn't get their breakfast buffet however we did enjoy a dinner there. This was my second time to stay in Mytower and it was a very nice stay. I recomend this room due to, 1-The rooms are small but serve the purpose of having a place to sleep. 2-The holel is located near three stations (5 mins. walking) which will serve your purpose to move arround KL. 3-It's also near Hanefa (supermarket store) where you can buy your […] daily needs of food, drinks and others. 4- secure place and neighbor hood. 5- located next to a lot of local restaurants. 6- two mosques that are in walking distance. If you are going to stay threre I do not recomend to have breakfast there becuase the breakfast is about 40 RM and you can have a breakfast in one of the local restaurant for max 10 RM. one final recommendation if you want to move around KL go to Medan Tanku and take the train to Bukit Bentang and get on the HOP ON and HOP OFF buss which will show you multiple destination of KL for 38 RM. as the name indicate you can get off any station and visit that place and spend some time there. Overall, great hotel. Does not have wifi however, and have to pay for internet. Walking to the train station is relatively easy IF you know the way. And getting back to the hotel from the train station can also be confusing due to the way the station is built. Service was very friendly.

This Hotel is good and cheap, Price is worth it. It takes you only 5 mins by cap to Petronas Towers, Chinatown, nightlife and shopping malls or you can walk 15 mins. But my suggestion: don't book a room with breakfast, the choice is not that good you can choose between eggs, toast + jam and some malay noodels. and the Juices consist of water so it is […] better and much cheaper to have breakfast outside. Room Highly stench of Urine and other obnoxious smell. These may be dangerous Toxic gases and may kill an individual during sleep. Then when someone is dead this will be regarded as suicide! The hotel is affordable and is surprisingly comfortable considering the room rates. Suitable for backpackers, or guests who just need a place to sleep. A bit far from local attractions. At least need a car, or must be willing to travel by foot for 5 min to the local LRT station or sit by taxi.

I have read mixed reviews of this hotel and was therefore a bit aprehensive. The overal condition of some of the common areas (e.g., lifts and corridors) needs improvement as they seem a bit tired. 値段から考えるとコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。立地についても地下鉄のDanwangiまで徒歩10分程度、もう少し歩くとツインタワーに向かう電車に乗るための駅にも行けます。 空港からも電車で1時間かからないぐらいでした。 一通りのアメニティはありますし、特に不自由はなかったです。 ホテルのスタッフも親切でした。ホテルで両替をお願いしようとしたら町にあるもっとレートの良い両替商を教えてくれました。

Hotel ist im ok - aber die Zimmer sind mit einem Teppichboden ausgestattet. Der war fleckig und schaute ranzig aus - weiters wurde dass zimmer zwar zusammengeräumt aber nicht gesaugt. viel mir vorallem durch einen büschel fremder haart auf, der seit unserer ankunft hinter der türe herum lag. wurde dann auch sofort gereinigt als ich darum bat. 空港からタクシーで約６０分、朝食は日本人にあわない。夜遅くなると風呂のお湯が出ない。徒歩圏内に鉄道（LRT）の駅、デパート（そごう）、大型ショッピングセンター、屋台、インド人街、中華街、セントラルマーケットなどがあり、ＫＬ市街観光や、お土産などのショッピングには便利である。

5名で3室を4泊利用しました。 予約は4日期間ではなく一日毎に1泊ｘ４にて手配した為毎日鍵の登録が取消され毎度受付で説明・処理をさせられ、APTテナント共通のイエレベータで往復させられ正直疲れました。　連続宿泊である事は事前にメールでホテルに確認していたにもかかわらずこの内容です。

This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but that must be their own rating. Everything is ok, but the rooms are small and a bit shabby. The location is the main drawback for this hotel.
