Was a really good hotel....very strange lack of customer service though...we had to stand on the front step in the rain and call a number before being... let in.....noone to be seen there the whole time of our stay...we were just texted a code for our room and front door....I don't know if this ever changes or not. On the plus side, the room was great - spacious, comfortable and exactly what we needed, and a great location, I'm just not sure what would happen if you had a problem while you were there as there was no reception or personal customer service at all except for a phone number! However for a cheap and comfortable base for a trip to Liverpool I would definitely stay here again. Πελάτης της Hotels.com στις 18/11/2012
