Loved the theme of the hotel, however pricey and the bathroom in the king suite is right in front of the bed with sliding doors and no locks on them. Room and hotel were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Decor was modern. Layout of the room was very good. Staff were professional. Improvements: AC was a bit noisy. No ppv channels. Do the bathrooms have exhaust systems?

Great hotel, comfortable, helpful staff, close to shopping. Would stay again.

Rates were pretty good, rooms very clean, comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good. I didn't swim but the pool looked pretty small. We will use this hotel on our next visit.

this is a great place to stay! very warm pool, hot hottub, and an elevator. the kids loved it! very clean place. staff was friendly and gave candy to the kids with our permission of course :) i liked the small store by the front desk were you could buy a few snacks and get a free paper.

this hotel was one of the best i have experienced in a long time. the beds very comforting. there were ample towels for all guests in the room. the supplied breakfast had a variety of choices and the idea of coffee always at hand was awesome. the staff was friendly and curteous. will definatly stay again. :)

Very friendly staff. Generous room size - we were at 4 women staying in one room. Lots of room to store our "Black Friday" deals. Very clean and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was tasty and adequate. We did not use the pool or fitness room but they looked well maintained and clean. We will be booking again for next year!

This is a great hotel. All the colours are lovely. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We are allergic to down pillows and duvets, so the staff were very accomadating finding synthetic for us. We only wish the breakfast went until 10:00 A.M. instead of 9:00, because it seemed to be a terrible rush to get dressed and down before it was over.

overall a very nice hotel. there was a large yellow stain on the white comforter/blanket that i didnt notice until i was getting into bed so i didnt call for a new one; luckily i had brought a blanket from home. the room was much too warm for my liking and adjusting or turing off the heat didnt help at all. the window only opened a couple inches which […] didnt allow much cool air to get in. I thought the hotel was very clean and the rooms are spacious! My only complaint is that I found the beds to be on the hard side.

Fabulous place to stay, great value for the price. Will definitely stay there when we go to Grand Forks ND. Very clean, staff very pleasant would advise anyone to stay , it was like a studio.

The room was spacious and well laid out. Having the bathroom separate from the toilet was nice, especially when there was more than one person staying in the room. The continental breakfast was good with both hot and cold foods. The slow cooked steel-cut oat was a real bonus with various toppings of raisins, cranberries, walnuts and brown sugar. Great Hotel, We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean. There was a few things that I think that they could have improved on 1. The bed was way to soft. 2.. They should have had movie rentals. 3. The elevators seemed unsafe.

First impression the hotel looked great. Once we checked into our room we noticed stains on the toss cushions, bed, and a blood stain on the sheets. Our room was not cleaned and when I mentioned it at the front desk their response was, " Well did you have your do not disturb sign up? We don't know who was working or what the situation was." Bad answer! […] We removed the do not disturb sign at 10:00 a.m. The bathroom amenities were poor at best. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you don't want your hair to feel like straw. Excellent accommodating staff. The pool was nicely heated and so was the hot tub. The rooms were great as well. The mattresses are very firm. My husband really enjoyed the gym. The outdoor terrace was very relaxing and we both loved the 24hr tea/coffee service. We will be back.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel in order to go see Tim McGraw in Grand Forks. We were both so impressed with the up to date style of the hotel, it's amenities and wonderful, friendly staff. Great place to stay!!

Absolutely loved it. The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Having the "livingroom" in suite made the stay perfect!

I picked the SpringHill Suites because of the reviews online and I was not disappointed. The hotel was great and I loved everything about it. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

Awesome hotel for couples the room is comfortable perfect for couples or a group of girls on a shopping weekend. The two small washrooms with seperate toilet and shower area are a rather comfortable touch since you can shower with out hogging the toilet. The shower is big and comfortable, and the sleek barn style sliding doors are a space saving touch […] we enjoyed. Well, we read a lot of reviews, and looked at other hotels with photos online. This hotel online had great reviews, and great photos. It was close to the highway which was easy to find. Very close to shopping, and price was good. We walked into our hotel room, and had the WOW shock moment. It is nice to finally be in a hotel, without the plain look […] like other hotels have. Seperate toilet from the shower area, which is a huge factor. A seperate room from the bed with a dividing wall/desk, was a great feature. Swivel large flatscreen to watch tv on the L style couch, or simply lay in bed. Breakfast in the morning saved us the trouble in having to leave to go to a local place, and the food was always fresh. The part I did not like, was the bed. It was fairly stiff for me, and usually with hotels, they can be fairly soft. I was too tired at night to care, but if I wanted to sleep in, forget it. We loved the combination of modern/retro look of our room. The continental breakfast was really good including scrambled eggs & bacon or sausage. We will definitely go back to SpringHill Suites by Marriott Grand Forks.

Wonderful, modern decor, quiet, nice amenities (pool, whirlpool, fitness center) and very enjoyable, healthy self-serve breakfast. The modern decor made the lobby and room bright and comfotable, and very relaxing. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

This is the coolest hotel we've ever been at. The lobby is fabulous and the room was ultra modern. The layout of the room was different than the usual, with a divider between the seating and sleeping area, split bathroom, and walk-in closet! My teenage daughter just loved it. The front desk staff was a bit aloof; not sure what that was about, but very […] helpful. Newer hotel, nice rooms, good rates, good free breakfast, would stay again for sure

Great hotel, very modern decor, very restfull and the beds are so comfortable they put you to sleep. The rooms are roomy and well set-up, will absolutely return to this hote.
