The hotel's facade reminded me of NYC buildings but inside it had very dim and dingy hallways, windows of the room were stained with little splatters of paint, draperies were almost falling off, furnitures were old ..the place really needs updating!!!space was okay for an executive suite....the staff were pleasant and efficient! Great deal for the price, Very comfortable and upscale hotel, Food and breakfast buffet was very nice, Staff was friendly and helpful, I did not like the distant location and long one hour taxi ride to the inner city sites, But overall it was a beautiful hotel and experience. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I liked: the view, room was comfortable + spaces, breakfast buffet was very good on the 42nd Floor, staff was friendly and very helpful in answering questions about the hotel and providing general tourist-type information. The hotel was great maybe except for the rooftop pool. It didn't seem heated and it was too small and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. They also charged me for a handtowel that was stained with coffee! I mean seriously? Overall, the room was great and the staff was very friendly. I will stay again.

The hotel staff were extremely polite and courteous to a fault. The hotel building was clean; however have a few structural and design flaws that made my stay unsatisfactory. Moreso, the hotel management fell short of delivering expectations in the manner the hotel was promoted in their website. The hotel did not have central air conditioning. Guest […] rooms had a/c; however, common hallways were not air conditioned. The hallways lacked ventilation that made the hallways very hot and uncomfortable while waiting for the elevators. The bathroom constantly flooded due to a structural flaw that did not prevent water from the shower to flow back into the tub. Instead, it flowed out of the shower area resulting to flooding. Housekeeping staff failed to replenish basic amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and facial tissue paper. Towels were not replenished; moreso, provided us with towels that were either tattered, frayed, had holes, and even stained. I constantly had to call the housekeepers to deliver these basic amenities even after the fact that they have cleaned the room that day. To prevent flooding by not using the shower, we resorted to obtain a bucket to collect water from the faucet and a pitcher to scoop the water so we can bathe. Otherwise, we will need a constant supply of towels to mop the bathroom if we insisted to use the shower. After complaining to the Manager, we were moved to another comparable room; but the towel issues remained unresolved. Room service did not have pots of coffee or coffee makers available. We consume a pot of coffee during the morning. Therefore, our choices were to order 12 individual cups of coffee, go to to the restaurant buffet to obtain unlimited supply of coffee, or go to the nearest McDonald's for coffee since Room Service wasn't available till 6:00AM. At best, the hotel is only good for a 1-2 day stay; but not for long durations. At the end of the week, I decided to move to another hotel. Διαβάστε περισσότερα

I got in very late in the day. Hotel staff was very accommodating, and breakfast was served late enough the next day for me to get the included meal. Hotel very clean & comfortable.

Stayed here for one night due to a long layover. The hotel is about 40-60 minutes away from the International airport by taxi. The surrounding area is fine, close to shopping and MRT. There is a cafe with a variety of food options that is open til late plus there is a bar/restaurant on the top floor (36 floor I believe) with an excellent view of the […] city and great food! The room is good size with a full kitchen, seperated bedroom from living room and descent sized bathroom. I chose this hotel for its easy access to EDSA and Shaw Blvd. and was not disappointed. EDSA and MRT are just a 5-minute walk away, as is Star Mall (which incredibly has a bowling alley on the fourth floor). If you need something bigger, they offer complimentary shuttle service to Megamall. We found plenty to eat and do in this area during the day and […] evening, and each morning the hotel served a good breakfast buffet complete with meat, fish, vegetables, rice, soup, breads, fresh fruit, juice and a chef standing by to prepare an omelette or other egg dish as you like it. The room also had a kitchen area with kitchenware, a stove and a small toaster oven (if you want pots and pans, you need to request them). The living area and bedroom had separate aircon units, or the windows can open for fresh air. The roof deck has a swimming pool but unfortunately it was under renovation during our stay. Even though they were in the process of building a second tower directly next to us, we heard very little construction noise. Internet access worked well once we found the Ethernet cable (hint: in the bed stand drawer, behind the bible). I thought the bathtub was a bit small. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Everything was superior service, great employee service personel, friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was very good not crowded when we were there. Only 2 problems was the tub/shower very high off floor and the air conditioner when turned down at night would start to drip in morning on pillows as the air conditioner is over the head of bed, I reported […] so maybe they will fix that problem. The only other thing is the jacuzzi was not heated don't know if because it was raining when we were there or not. But overall for the price service was great and I would go back again. This is my second time to be at Lancaster Suites. The main draw is its location and good price which includes breakfast. It's still a new hotel so some minor kinks needs to be addressed ie towels are old, rooms has no informational booklets about the hotels and services.

知り合いにオススメされて、泊まったのは2回目ですが、対応も丁寧でセキュリティーもシッカリしているのでオススメです。 近くにはちょっとしたモールがありファーストフードやさんもいっぱいあります。 少し歩くとタイのマッサージやさん？もあり安くていいです。帰りはタクシーで43ペソでした。 チャイナタウンまではタクシーで170ペソくらい？で距離は少しあります。 近くに電車も走っていたので便利です。 朝食もバイキングで、パンケーキやオムレツなど作ってもらえてよかったです。 またマニラに行くときは毎回利用しようと思います。

大人２人と子どもの三人で夏休みに禁煙室を希望し利用しました。 ジュニアスイートという名前の部屋だったので、ちょっと期待しましたが、普通の部屋でした。でも、ミニキッチンの流しが利用でき便利でした。 まだ建ったばかりで新しく部屋も綺麗でした。隣にもう１棟建設中なので、完成すると、プールも広くなり子どもも満足できると思いますが、まだ、今のプールは小さくて、子ども的には不満足なようです。 ３人で利用したので追加のタオルを希望したのですが、追加料金が発生するとの事で、タオルのチェンジのみにしました。プールにはプールタオルがありました。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。 朝食は、子どもの分を追加（200ペソ）でした。種類はそれほど多くなく、遅めだとサラダとフルーツが乾いていましたが、朝食付きの宿 […] 泊費を考えると十分だと思います。 メガ・モールなどのショッピング・センターや駅まで徒歩５分～１０分なので便利な方だと思います。 相対的に見て、この金額だったら十分満足してます。また利用したいです。 Διαβάστε περισσότερα

we are very disappointed for the service of the Hotel. First, the internet service is not working. they sent "IT" to fix it but not able. we even called three times and complain to the front desk before someone came. Second, The comfort room is really disgusting. If you flush the bowl the water from it is leaking, and after a lot of discussion, we get […] a new room so we feel relax, we went out to eat and when we came back, we are shock because there is an extra bed in the room that looks like for a patient, so we called the reception to removed, we went to the lobby for a coffee because too stressing the hotel, too sad because when we went to the room for a good night sleep, the small bed is still there, so have to go to the reception to ask someone to remove it. Was really a hard day for us bec, we supposed to go to the office but we used our day waiting for someone to help us and calling the reception many times but not answering. The staff are friendly but they don`t really know what they are doing. maybe its the mistake of the manager of the front desk who doesn't know a word rather than SORRY but no action. Its really sad to write what we experienced bec the hotel have a quite high rating but the problem is that since the day we check in till the day we check out there is always a problem.
