Budget section of the hotel is nothing like any of the photos in the web page. Walls were stained, pool was empty, car park a shocker, and traffic noise terrible. Rooms were basic but acceptable. well i was quiet dissappointed. when we first got there its was not a villa like advertised on the net it was an appartment. then we had to pay extra to upgrade to a villa. then the next day we went to take the kids swimming in the pool as for one of the children have exma and cant swim at the beach only to be told that the pool, spa and sauna was only […] for people staying in the hotel. i persivically asked if there was a pool at this place for that simple reason. also it took a day to replace the kettle which kept short cutting the power to the villa. The budget rooms have shared bathrooms. Showers downstairs and toilets upstairs. The rooms are makeshift portable rooms.

I had booked an apartment as it was a lot cheaper but was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a Villa. The apartments accross the road looked a bit run down. We had our own lockable garage, front & back patios. Aircon only in lounge area with nothing in bedrooms..we had 40degree days..Fans in bedrooms would be a good idea. Was dissappointed […] that we as budget guest were not able to access the pool without paying $15 per person for the day! Mould in the bathroom, noisy traffic and not even a fan in the bedroom which meant closing the window to try to sleep but then overheating. Go across the street to the Observation City.

I found the cheapest room online but the room is not suitable for staying in,no chairs were provided, we were forced to sit on the bed and we arrived at the motel around 13h00's and the place is noisy from other residents and it will be nice if they can have a cleaner all round because its shared toilets and bathrooms and other people are not that  […] tidy. Room was tiny with a double bed made out of two singles. And the singles were not the same height making for a very uncomfortable sleep. Walls are very thin with people coming and going all night - can here there doors beeping as they enter and exit their rooms. the kitchen cooking wares are in good quality which may created dangerous, and very dirty inside the kettle hazardous to health .generally this is a recommended hotel.

Overpriced, poorly maintained hotel. Don't eat at the resaurant! Food expensive and cooked with rancid olive oil.

This Hotel was totally overpriced for what they presented. Lights didn't work. Lots of maintenance needed.

checked in and was told I share a bathroom but for $10 I could upgrade to private bath. I did that. Shared bath is okay if traveling with people you know so you can coordinate showers but not if one is byhim/herself. I am just glad I could upgrade.

Room was small. Only seating areas were the bed and top of refrig. Had a front room so headlights when cars parked in the 3 spaces came into the room. Shared bath on info. Toilet was up one flight of stairs. Showers on either floor. Upstairs had a bathtub. Place was clean. Close to sandwich and pizza and Coles.

This was a two bedroom suite. The unit was a little dated but certainly worth the price we paid. It was oddly configured. The toilet was in the laundry room and there was no toilet in the bathroom, Also the toilet and laundry room had some beginner mold. Don't buy the wifi until you make sure you have a decent signal. Not like the pictures shown when i booked room. Thought i had a lounge room and a kitchen. No where to even make a cup of tea - Thank goodness for the pool

The staff were friendly & helpfull. For an overnight stay the units 14 to 21 were quiet, clean & comfortable. For a longer stay I'd request the units 1 to 9. Easy access to the North Perth area & the Freeway. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Apartment accomodation, older building across road from main hotel. Two bedroom, cooking facilities. Akward car park, steep drive, and stairs. common laundry detached with coin operated machines. The externals of the building require maintenance. Difficulty opening frond door. Aircon cooling only. No heating provided.

I enjoyed the budget accomodation. Room was clean, quiet and well maintained. For the price, I was very happy. The staff on the front desk were very good and assisted me well at all times. I will stay there again.

Very basic room, the smokers next door was affecting us through the gabs in our door. It was not pleasent and the bed was like a board. Not realy impressed. Breakfast vas not buffet, just some cheap ham and cheese for the toast.

We had the budget, non-smoking room. Room had a horrible stench of stale smoke when we arrived. Room was ok apart from that. The shared facilities were NEVER cleaned. Bathrooms and shower rooms were in a horrible state from day one. Some one sprayed air freshner into the bathrooms every night but didn't bother to clean. This hotel is part of the SunMoon resort hotel so its facilities are available for use. On a busy road so the rooms at the back of the hotel are quiet, the self contained accommodation are set on a side road. Excellent location set just back one road from the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable. However a few liittle extras like soap would have been nice. Being on the ground floor was an issue as we could hear every footstep and noise from apartment above. All in all well priced accommodation and good position for a basic stay.

Accessing carpark to villa was rather hairy! Villa old with no pay TV facilities, not even digital channels and no soap provided in the bathroom. Smoke alarm woke us through the night as the battery was flat. Found several long hairs on the floor, not ours. This was far from a "resort".

The Motel room was clean and adequate; the shower took a bit of fiddling to work and wasn't much fun in the 1 degree temp. Worked out that you need to put on full force. Room needs more table space for 2 people and the powerpoints could have done with a bit more thought. It would be quite easy and cheap to stick a full length mirror inside the ward […] robe! Budget room ok but there is a limit especially concerning noise and dirt. The room was a plastic box too close to a main road .... Reception people was very kind but they couldn't upgrade the room. Only location close to a very beautiful beach partially cover the lack of basic hotel standards

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllte aber für unsere Bedürfnisse seinen Zweck vollkommen. Es ist an ein anderes, neueres Hotel angeschlossen, wessen Einrichtungen mitbenutzt werden können.

Schöne und große Räume in denen man übernachtet. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher sind sauber. Die Möbel könnten aber bald erneuert werden. Jedenfalls in den Appartements. Obwohl die Hauptstraße direkt am Hotel liegt ist es hier ab ca. 18 Uhr ruhig. Einkaufsläden und Bottle-Shops sind ca. 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Ein großes Einkaufzentrum ist ca. 5 […] min. 部屋から海が見えました。 お風呂はあまり清潔ではなかったけど、十分に使えます。 部屋はとてもキレイでびっくり。 近くにバッパーもあるので色々なタイプの部屋を選べると思います。 バスも朝早くから夜まで出ていますがシティに行くには少し不便だと思いますが海なら絶好の場所です。 値段も安く満足です。
