The hotel is found just outside the city walls. it offers bicycles and the route is just 2 klm long. We cincerely want to thankthe family for all the great hospitality and the help offerred to us.They really made our holidays a very pleasant experience. Definetely a recommend !

This hotel was located in an excellent place in Montecatini Terme just across the thermal baths and the park and 5 minutes walking distance to the city center and the shops. The train station is also very close which is very convenient if you want to visit Florence or Pisa in a day trip by train without having to take your car. The hotel was in very good condition; rooms are clean, spacey and lovely and offered parking area for the car which is locked during nights though not secured. I didn’t feel that my car was in any danger at all inside the parking. The only bad point is the breakfast. This was not a 4 star hotel breakfast! Very basic, juices were not fresh and really bad, coffee was from automatic machine, nothing to do with the Italian good cappuccino, and bread was too hard. Hotel also didn’t have other extra facilities like swimming pool, bar, big saloons etc. but overall impression was very positive. I would definitely suggest it for its price.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι όμορφο με πολύ άνετα δωμάτια. Δυστυχώς η περιοχή είναι βιομηχανική και ένα εργοστάσιο βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο.

The hotel is located next to the Leaning Tower and about 500m from the city center. The rooms are rather small, but clean. The staff is very friendly.

"Interesting hotel"
it is located next to the station which is good, but... it is also located in front of a meeting point for a lot of dodgy people. very intimidating! you could hear the Neighbor talking through the walls at night. television has not english channels at all. i was there for 3 nights and they didnt chaneg the towels once. the fridge was not working. and […] price was only 5 euros difference with respect to a better presented hotel few yards away. but i guess Pisa is such a wonderful place that sometimes we let this things pass. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean, quiet and served its purpose. The location was close to local transportation, with taxis, buses and the train within 300 meters of the door. The airport was a short comfortable walk (1.4km) and the Duomo and Leaning Tower within an easy comfortable walk in the oposite direction.
"Hotel Roseto, Pisa"
This Hotel was ideally placed for me, right next to the train station for my connection to Florence the next day. My room was lovely, clean, air conditioned, own bathroom and really lovely man who seems runs it all, from check in to breakfast. I would not hesitate to recommend it for a flying visit to Pisa.
"Ideal location for Train, Plane and Leaning Tower"
60 seconds from the train station and the train station is a 5 minute ride from the airport, the hotel is ideally suited for a 1 or 2 night stop over. Staff friendly and helpful. Wifi avaiable. Room comfortbable, shower powerful and quiet. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from the Leaning Tower through the main shopping street. "Hotel Roseto-Close to train station"
Hotel extremely close to the train station, but didn't have all the normal noise from trains. Rooms were small and need a little updating, but doable for one night...Staff was friendly but didn't speak very much english (no problem, we finally communicated).

Un très bon accueil, de bons conseils pour visiter Pise, et pour se restaurer à proximité de l'hotel. facile à trouver.Garage privé juste à coté de l'hotel. Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre agréable et très calme Séjour très agréable en famille..
