"Excellent Hotel"
My girlfriend & I spent the weekend at Northern Quest & we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing, especially the shower. There are several restauraunts at the resort & we ate a couple of them, they were reasonably priced and had good quality food. The hotel staff were very professional and courteous, […] they even sent someone up to check on us because we missed our wake up call. All in all I would highly recommend staying here. "Northern Quest in Spokane"
It is a wonderful place to stay..the entire staff was friendly and eager to help in any way. The feel of luxury was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again.
I took my Mother there to celebrate her 90th birthday. The staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. We were disappointed only because there were so many penny slot machines and too few quarter machines - which is what mom likes. Otherwise, very good experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service and room were clean. Only one thing pillows too big. But, overall excellent! I would rate 4/5.

Our stay at your hotel was a grand experience beginning with the front desk staff, cleanliness of the room and ease at checkout. The casino was great fun and we especially enjoyed dinning at Masselows. My sister is handicapped and it was such a pleasant surprise to see showers within the rooms could accomodate people with disabilities.! I do have one […] suggestion, though. We stayed with our teenage grandaughters, and it would be helpful if there were acivities geared for children....(game room, outdoor pool, climbing wall, music room, computers, etc). I live in Usk and use the Wellness Center there, where my grandchildren reallly enjoy the facilities. It would make your hotel a wonderful experience for all ages! Thanks for a great time!
