If you want, it will be surcharged. (However you can leave it in a communal living room as free.) The room doesn't have an electric kettle and cups or tea set. Expected an hotel room where it was close to reception. Checked in and then had to walk 100m to another building, to the awaiting room which was a dormitory with 2 sets of bunk beds and a single bed. The TV was suspended from a wall and not visible from any bed. The shower was a plastic shower tray, which oveflowed, with the shower head running the […] sink taps! The shower smelt when I turned the taps on .No shower gels or shampoo, no hair dryer. Couldnt close the curtains unless I climbed on a bunk bed. Cutest little room with lovely french doors; the bathroom was an amazing design for space-saving though I couldn't shut the door when I was sitting on the toilet :) It was clean and slept like a dream because the bed was perfect and they had super down comforters. Reservamos o hotel sem termos referências, somente a partir das informações e fotos do site. A localização não é das piores e fica a pouco mais de 5 min da estação do metrô. O ruim mesmo são as instalações. Quando chegamos na recepção, fomos informados que não haviam recebido a confirmação do pagamento de nossa reserva, tendo sido exigido umq autorização […] em nosso cartão no valor de uma diária (felizmente até o momento parece que esse bloqueio já foi cancelado). O quarto twin doblo que nos foi disponibilizado ficava num edifício diferente do da recepção, a um quarteirão de distância. 5 andar sem escadas e sem luz nas áreas comuns no primeiro dia. Quarto em estado de limpeza e conservação duvidáveis. Banheiro minúsculo (menor que o de uma cabine de navio) e sem luz - precisávamos deixar a porta aberta. Só há troca de toalhas durante a estadia mediante o pagamento de taxa extra. Aquecedor não funciona. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!! Pelo mesmo preço é possível conseguir melhores opções na cidade. Avons passé 3 nuits dans une chambre quadruple et heureusement que le temps était avec nous car notre meilleur souvenir ne sera pas l'hôtel. Au niveau du personnel rien à redire, mais le reste : - chambre très petite (5 lits d'une personne dont 2 supperposés, qu'il ne fallait d'ailleurs pas trop toucher sinon ils auraient pu s'écrouler), moquette au […] sol pas très fraiche, - salle de bain miniature dans un placard, impossible d'y rentrer à deux et d'y laisser des affaires, ni des serviettes de toilette ; en cas de douche le sol est inondé (la salle de bain d'un mobil home est plus luxueuse) ; une personne un surcharge pondérale ne rentrerait pas, - Serviettes de toilette présentent dans la chambre mais non changées durant le séjour (possible mais supplément d'1 livre par serviette), - l'hôtel se situe dans 1 bâtiment principal et 2 ou 3 annexes ; étions dans une annexe très mal insonorisée. La rue est relativement calme, mais sommes tombés avec des groupes de scolaires russes (5 par chambre) qui ont fait le bazar 2 nuits de suite ; - Petit déjeuner continental inclus : 2 morceaux de pain décongelés vraisemblablement et toujours identiques/2 beurres/2 confitures/thé/café/jus d'orange imbuvable. Pas de chocolat compris notamment pour les enfants ; chaque matin nous avions donc des frais supplémentaires pour le chocolat (1 livre), le jus d'orange en bouteille (1,50 livres) et pour petit déjeuner anglais il fallait également rajouter. Med tanke på tidigare kommentarer hade jag väldigt låga förväntningar på hotellet och blev därmed positivt överraskad. Genom en i personalen förstod jag det dock som om skicket på rummen var olika i deras tre hus som hotellet var beläget i. Jag verkade dock hamna i det "bra" huset. Blev mycket nöjd med boendet med tanke på den låga prislappen. Däremot […] hade jag oturen att hamna i rummet bredvid där en skolklass hade fest vilket gjorde att allt hördes genom väggen. Bra läge både till tunnelbana Bayswater station och Queens Way. Notting Hill tio minuters promenad bort. Bra rum och numera fräscht. Framförallt prisvärt.

Kamer voor 3 personen gereserveerd, in de kamer 2 stapelbedden en 1 1-persoonsbed. Stapelbedden waren op elkaar geplaatste 1-persoonsbedden. Matrassen waren oncomfortabel, veren kwamen door matras heen. In plaats van onder het dekbed te slapen, hebben we dit over het matras gelegd. Douche ruimte is erg klein. Locatie is prima
