Rooms were clean and front desk attendant was super nice. Breakfast was good. Hot tub wasn't working is the only negative thing. I know alot of those break so I was ok. Overall...very happy and will stay again.

Booked this hotel for a night on our way down to Florida. Looked for a place with an indoor pool and hot tub near Montgomery. Pool was small but wasn't a big deal. Hot tub was broke and there wasn't a lot of room around the pool for the adults to sit while the kids swam. I asked for adjoining rooms when I booked online but they had none available. Our […] rooms were on the same floor but opposite ends of the floor. Our room smelled like smoke, we called the desk to see if we could get another room but they said they didn't have any more rooms like ours available. They came up and sprayed air freshener and we just dealt with it. Area was nice, close to a small mall and plenty of places to eat. Stayed one nite here...nicely decorated when you walk in. the room smelled like flowers when you entered it. Very clean which is what I look for was traveling with a family of four. So spacious enough for us. Was concerned because this hotel had mixed reviews...but was actually very pleasant. Stopped here on a roundtrip from NC to TX and hope to stay […] here on our way back. We called while on the road. It was late & we needed a place to stay. So glad we made the choice to stay here. Nice place! Comfortable, clean, friendly, good breakfast. Rate was good & just as low as some of the not so nice places.

Comfortable facility. The staff was very cordial and helpful. However, the breakfast was lacking in presentation. The eggs and the biscuits were hard.

Our hotel room had maintenance issues but they gladly moved us to another room. Breakfast was nice. The new rooms bathroom toilet leaked all night.

I decided to stay at this hotel based on the reviews that I read, and they were all absolutely right! My room was very nice and clean...as was the whole hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. My only issue was that I reserved and paid for a smoking room online, and when I got there he said that they no longer offered […] smoking rooms at all. Our first stay in a Country Inn & Suites necessitated by an air conditioning malfunction in our home. The facility was very clean and comfortable, and given the heat wave, the AC worked very well indeed. Breakfast was adequate; more adequate than many other hotels of similar price. The only negative was at check-in. The front desk was habitually unoccupied. […] I waited for close to 10 minutes for a staff member to show up and when he did, he left for several minutes at a time during the check-in process. We appreciated the hospitality of the hotel staff and the proximity of the hotel to the hospital. We felt very safe and secure during our stay. One suggestion would be a more flexible check out time to allow those that arrive late (ie early morning hours) time to recoup. My only complaint was that they did not have the breakfast ready according to the times listed. One of the mornings we had to miss breakfast due to our appointments being early. Brought our 5 year old to visit her nana during spring break. Great location of hotel. Lots of things nearby. Highways, food, shopping. Hotel neat & clean. When I walked in after check in time there were no clean rooms. I had to wait for them to find a room and then clean it. The next night my door would not open. I understand that things break, but there was not manager or maintenance worker on site. My husband and daughter had been swiming in the pool and were wet and cold. I had nothing for my 6 week […] old because we were in the hotel. The front desk worker told me I would have to wait till the next manager came in at 11 pm and it was 9 pm! She called the manager from the hotel across the street to fix it! I asked for the managers number and was given the business card from the front counter. When I called the manager and told her what was going on and asked her what she was going to do it about it she HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME! Do not stay here! I leased a king studio suite and the hotel gave me a king bed room not a suite,because i was away from home I took it but I was disappointed.

We stayed here during busiest weekend in the sate and area. It was during the Alabama/ Auburn & Alabama State/Tusksegee game. Not to mention Black Friday. WHEW! The room was ready at 1pm and we checked in. The room was clean, except for a towel hanging on the smoke detector.(Like someone smoking in the room, yet it didn't smell of smoke.) we always stay at this hotel branch when we travel. we have always been very pleased with the hotel itself and the staff. same this visit. only complaint is our hot water wasnt ever really hot. not so bad you couldnt shower but not as hot as we wouldve preferred.

This was a nicely maintained property. All of the amenities identified in the brochure on line were available to us and we used them all. The staff was excellent and we would stay here again if the need arises.

Carpet on stairs and hallways could use a cleaning, air conditioning leaking onto carpets in business center, could fill vending machines more often. Overall was ok for the price, decent breakfast choices. Another family member's room was missed completely when it came to cleaning their room.

This was a wonderful place to stay with a convenient location to everything we needed. The hotel was pristine, the staff was friendly, the room was perfect, and we would recommend it to anyone. We've never had everything 'go right' and it did. We booked with hotels.com and got a reasonable rate. Will definately use them again.
