nice hotel. Very good breakfast spread. You have to go to the hotel next door for it. Rooms are quite spacious and though partial sea view, but nice one. Only major issue is Its located in north pattaya good 1-2km from the busy central pattaya and walking street area..and walking gets tiring again and again..if u have rented a motorbike its just 2mins […] away. The hotel is in a quiet lane with good 500mtrs inside. The hotel has shuttle in every 10mins to the tuk tuk stand where they charge 10baht to central pattaya area, but they never told us about the shuttle service. We only realized when we saw a shuttle and inquired about it. only receptionist talk little english. One of the receptionist was very kind in arranging shuttle till the bus stop to for pattaya. The other receptionist spoke very limited and rudely. Hotel takes a 500baht refundable deposit which was not by expedia, but no hassles in claiming back unless u have any charges. Lift was too small for us and bags. asked for a room with ocean view trhough this site and got rear room that smelled like a sewer in bangkok. They need to fix the drains fast before consider booking this hotel. we couldn't use one bthroom due to the stench. bed and room size was fine but building needs a decent refurb. have stayed in other 3 star places […] in thaliand and this is well and truly the worst. Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it but still need tpt to beach as cannot access directly though luxury resort. This was the first ti9me we had stayed at this hotel although we visit Pattaya every year for about 3-4 months at different times. The location is good and the shuttle service excellent and should be carried through to all times of the year, otherwise its a lonely road to walk down especially late afternoon and evening. The hotel in general needs to […] uplift its cleaning, there appears to be no-one checking the condition of the rooms with regard to cleanliness and the lift in the hotel was not cleaned for about 5 days after new year with the same remaining chips and dirt on the floor in the lift and the doors of the lift in a very dirty condition. The breakfast was great but training and again supervision of staff is needed to bring the standards up to the level it should be at. The staff in reception and the bell boys who also did the shuttle, were very helpful, whether it was entering money into your phone or just wanting to get to the Dolphi9n roundabout quickly, they were excellent. I see one of themajor problems of the hotel is that the pool area is very very small and deep which means the water is very very cold, hence patrons do not use it much as it is not enjoyable. This is a family freindly hotel. The hotel is closed to the walking street, however it is far enough to not get bother by all noises. Hotel personals are very relax and helpfull. There is a complementary shuttle from hotel to the dolphine squer where you can easly jump on a touk-touk and get into the center of the city/ beach road. The hotel is only […] 3 minutes from the beach, where you can eat, drink and swim. However there are stones under the water on that beach so it is not very easy to get into the water. You should wear some kind of shoes to not heard your feet. For better beaches you can go to Wongamat beach or Pattaya beach. But again they are much more croweded. This is not a 5 stars hotel and first impersion could be little bit disapointed; however everything is cheap and you are very comfortable there and the rooms are clean. The room was very comfortable and staff were helpfull. The location was good, since it was outside of all the noises but still close to the City. It was close to the beach however there were a lot of stones under the water and it wasn't the best beach for swimming.

apparantly no body over school age working behind reception desk. no manager to sort out any problems bathrooms are a bit grubby hotel could do with re-furbishment.you only get one chair and no table on your balcony. far from all the action but staff pretty good with curtesy bus to round a bout where you can get the baht bus (if you can cross the road) […] only there for one week so not to worried about the small things. would book a better hotel next time Διαβάστε περισσότερα

При приезде в отель нас никто не встречал. Сотрудница лобби не улыбалась и была не очень приветлива (как оказалось, так каждый день). Уборка номеров проводилась каждый день, но некачественно: влажная уборка за 6 дней проводилась всего 2 раза (это наше ощущение). Местоположение отеля достаточно удобное - в начале центральной Паттайи, предусмотрен трансфер […] от отеля до дельфинов и обратно. Предусмотрен звонок для вызова трансфера, только он не работает или водитель не хочет ездить. Море природное для купания расположено возле Центары, т.е. туда нужно либо ездить, либо ходить по берегу (20-30 мин.). При этом необходимо отметить бесплатный wi-fi и хорошее питание (в Бест Вестерн). Бассейн маленький, но чистый. Bella Villa Metro, once upon a time maybe avery nice hotel, close to the beach north of Pattaya but still close to Pattaya ( Beach Road just 10 mins walking away ). Today Bella Villa Metro just a building next to Best Western Pattaya The rooms are quite nice, above mid size, they are clean, old but not noisy air conditioner (does not make you struggle […] sleeping ). When it comes to service the employees does as good as they can, but language skills other then Thai still a problem. Russian skills are improved! But still lack of English skills ( better in the Best Western main building, but still Russian dominate ). The Bella Villa Metro facilities maybe not what it was. The pool area only hosts eight sun beds, but that`s maybe not a problem, cause they let all the trees surrounding the pool grow huge, so they covers for the sun all day long. Pool facilities also a challenge in Best Western, here it`s maybe 12 sun beds and maybe 200 guests :-) The restaurant that servers all the meals are in the Best Western main building. The food is ok, breakfast typically buffet that consist of both Asian, and sorry to say, more typical Russian food ( ok for most western in fact. I maybe sound a little but negative, and maybe I am. But the location is very nice. Its away from the busy roads of Pattaya but still just 10 minutes to walk, and you are in Pattaya city and have access to the facilities there. Lite med fellesarialer men rene fine rom. Rolig strøk, ikke noe bråk fra nattelivet eller trafikk. Kun 15 min å gå til Phataya strand og 5 min til Picup "bussene" som går hele tiden. Hotellet er slått sammen med og driftes av Best Western som er ved siden av.

Greit hotell litt i utkanten av Pattaya. Utsikten fra rommet mot vannet var meget bra. Stille og rolig område, men ikke langt til handling. Stranda lå litt avsides til. Greit hotell.

なんともいい加減なのか、泊まる予定のホテルではなく、隣のホテルへ移動させられました、シービューの予約で、確かにシービューでしたが、隣に移されたお陰で、海は半分くらいしかみれませんでした。 冷蔵庫からは水が漏れ最悪。

シービューで予約したはずが、部屋が使えないとのことで、 別棟の部屋に・・・ 代わりに渡された夕食のクーポンもほとんど使えるものではなく残念。 ただ、2日滞在中、当初のシービューに泊まれた2日目は快適に過ごせました。

Miellyttävä pieni hotelli hyvien yhteyksien lähellä. Siistit huoneet ja muutenkin yleisilmeeltään siisti. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Ainoa miinus oli hotellin allasalue. Uima-allas oli ihan ok, mutta alue oli surkean pieni. Vain muutama aurinkotuoli. Hotelli veloitti heti varauksen jälkeen koko summan Visalta. Näin tosin ei pitänyt olla.

Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est correcte, situé pas très loin d'une petite plage sympa. Par contre fait hors du commun, il n'y a pas de salle de restaurant dans cet hôtel, donc pour le petit déjeuner inclus dans mon offre il fallait aller dans un second hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner. Bref ne pas l'indiqué dans le descriptif de […] l'offre expédia est honteux, car sortir tous les matins pour aller dans l'hôtel voisin avec un ticket a donné cela fait pas sérieux. Idem pour la piscine, celui de mon hôtel est à l'ombre toute petite avec 6 bancs et toute de suite à l'enregistrement on nous dit qu'il est plus simple d'aller à la piscine de l'hôtel voisin que cela est compris car les hôtels appartiennent aux mêmes groupes. Bella Villa Metro verkar ägas av Best Western Hotel, som låg granne. På BWH serverades frukosten, som var mycket bra! Gående bord med massor av olika mat! Hotellet helt OK med mycket hjälpsam personal! Läget: Hotellet ligger i norra Puhket, ganska långt från händelsernas centrum. Ca 500 meter att gå till en stor rondell, där Beach Road slutar. Tar man […] taxi fram o tillbaka till hotellet ofta, kan det bli lite dyrt! Men går man till rondellen och går 50 meter till höger på Beach Road (gatan ner till centrum) so kommer dett massor av tuktuks (speciella småtaxi) och tar dej billigt ner till centrum! Och tvärtom! Om det blev sent i centrum föredrog jag en tuktuk för mej själv, som då körde direkt till hotellet! Fråga alltid efter priset, innan du stiger på! Totalt var boendet på Bella Villa Metro utmärkt!
