This was a very good hotel! I recommend it. Lots of variety of food. Nice activities at the pool. Nice staff, they just need to be a little faster .(generally speaking)

Nice hotel. Nice surroundings. A good area for relaxing. One pool was heated. The food was moderate. The service was non-existing. The shuttle bus service didn't work at all all, only two minibusses leaving every one hour, and if you were lucky to get a seat, you had to return from the city one hour later.

I stayed here for 3 nights & could easily have stayed for 3 weeks and would love to return. Could not find fault with anything in the hotel. The food was lovely, with a huge amount of choice. The room & it's bathroom were very spacious-amazing shower too! All staff were very friendly and made an effort to speak English. We were fortunate to be there […] for Valentines Day & didn't think it would be acknowledged but the hotel & staff went to a huge effort & expense to decorate the hotel & restaurant which made it very special. I went as part of a couple but have a son who I would have no hesitation taking there & know he would love it too. We booked this hotel because of good feedback on various sites. It was exactly as we would have expected.Minor issues (e.g. a delay at check in and confusion at the spa) were well-handled by the reception team. Please note that the 'spa credit' shown on the website is actually just use of the steam room for 30 mins and cannot be used as a credit towards […] other treatments. The buffet style food was certainly good enough although a bit repetitive and not always as hot as we like. the pool areas were fabulous and the gardens and all other facilities were immaculate. One of the smaller outdoor pools is heated in winter but the indoor pool in the spa was freezing. The mini bus service into the town centre worked well for us. Very good service, room clean. Food OK for all inclusive but nothing brilliant. Is well out of town but hotel does run a free shuttle so not too bad. Pool area really nice with masses of sunbeds. Overall, well worth it.

The staff is absolutely amazing. A big cadeau especially for Yassir. One of the coolest persons i've ever met. The entertainment show at nights were mesmerizing and the dances were nice. Great hotel, well kept, friendly staff. Good entertainment over the new years eve period we spent there. Rooms and service were very good as well. One slight issue would be that we did not always get piping hot water in the bathrooms but this was not a big deal to be honest.

Positives: Pool area very nice with a number of double bed loungers, the All Inclusive wine is nice, free shuttle to main square, all staff spoke English well and Morrocco weather early Oct was ~30degrees! Excellent resort for relaxing stay. Great swiming pools and nice staff ready to help and entertain. The all inclusive formula is generous. Food quality is fine. The resort is located in an area far away from city center but a shuttle is provided free of charge by the hotel. Very convinient for both family and romantic stays.

The hotel is very nice, some of the staff was very helpful but most of them need alot of training in customer services, I stayed for four days in a suite the shower curtain fell down and I ask for it to be fixed three times nobody came, everyone speak French so communication was poor, front desk staff was very unprofessional, aggressive, rude, one even […] put the phone down on my wife when she explained that she ask for clean towels three times and over two hours she was still waiting. Spa is a rip off, we asked for a cup of tea at the snack bar he gave us in drinking Glass, when I ask him for a tea cup he said they were all dirty, I complain to the manager, the waiter try to deny it.I Think the hotel has alot of pontentials but they need to work a little harder an training there staff at least 50% of them, it's ashame because there was some really nice things about the other 50% of staff. Hotel opened April 2010 and is an all inclusive resort hotel. There does not seem to be any facility to pay for anything other than spa treatments so I guess that all inclusive ( which we went for ) is the only option here. I would rate the hotel at 4.5 star on a European grade basis but it would be fair to say it is a 5 star for Morocco. Great spacious rooms ( we went for a suite as we had our two kids with us ), good spa with treatments at a fair price and excellent pool areas. All inclusive food presentations were top class, with practically everything you could want on offer, and no restrictions on wine, beers or cocktails. In all the hotel had the same feel that Dubai did about 8 years ago and is priced below what you would expect to pay for this quality in most parts of the world. I recollect hearing that the hotel is a 10/15 minute walk from the city centre ( Medina, souk, kasbah etc ). If you could walk in 15 mins you should qualify to represent your country at the Olympics in London !! . The walk in in truth more like 1 hour as the hotel is on the very outskirts of Marrakech. In fairness the hotel does operate a regular free shuttle bus to city- which we used regularly. In summary one of the best hotels in Marrakech at a fair price. hôtel un peu loin de la vieille ville mais des navettes gratuites sont mises en place. accueil sympathique et personnel compétent. dommage que la piscine soit si froide. equipe d'animation disponible. les buffets sont vraiment variés et pléthoriques.

Tres joli Hotel, particulièrement pour les familles. Les enfants sont ravis. Mais la nourriture laisse a désirer !!!! C'est vraiment infecte et tres répétitif!! Pour les mêmes dépenses ils pourraient faire un effort en goût et en variété.

Välstädat, rent och snyggt.Väldigt franskt, en del personal kunde dock lite engelska. Förutom tennis, basket, wolleyboll, boule fanns även en örtträdgård där man kunde gå omkring.Och en liten inhägnad med fåglar,får,getter,ankor. Grande qualité de l'accueil. Personnel disponible et attentionné, particulièrement avec les enfants. Séjour en période de basse saison, sans aucun problème d'accès aux prestations. A recommander sans réserve.

Hôtel très agréable avec de bonnes animations , un personnel très sympa et un choix varié aux repas . La navette gratuite permet d'aller a se ballader au centre ville quand on veut . Par contre le Spa est un peu chère pour ce que s'est et la gérante n'est pas très agréable . Mis a part ça l'hôtel est magnifique et je vous le conseille .

Helt i top. Søde mennesker og lækre faciliteter. Vi rejste med 5 børn på 11 til 20 år. Alle havde et super ophold. Selv de mest cool af børnene var med til både dans og vandgymnastik til sidst:). poolen er mega fed, og hvis i har helt små børn er der et specielt område med legeplads og lille pool med lounge telte til hygge. Buffeten er gigantisk og […] helt iorden. Penge eksisterer nærmest ikke i resortet. spa/fitness/frisør koster, men det vidste vi godt på forhånd. Dejligt at slippe for plageri fra børn, og for drikke penge til personale. Det forventes ikke i det daglige. Gratis bus til Medinaen fungerer fint, og vil man sent hjem koster i taxa 60 dir (40 kr). Très bonne hôtel et jolie. Pour le all exclusive la bouffe est bonne mais un peu répétitif. Le bémol c'est que la salle de fitness ainsi que la piscine intérieur et le hamman est payant. Il est un peu loin de la médina mais il y a la navette du club qui est très bien.

Nous avons passé, avec mon épouse, un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans cet hôtel, courant octobre 2011. Les prestations d'hébergement et de restauration étaient d'un haut niveau pour une formule "tout inclus" ,et les animations et les activités proposées nombreuses et de qualité . Située au sud de Marrakech, c'est une vaste oasis pour la détente.(Certains […] pourraient regretter l'éloignement de l'hôtel du centre de Marrakech soit à environ 5 kms de la Place Jamaa El Fna. Het is een goed onderhouden hotel, kamer is netjes en het personeel is vriendelijk echter niet al te snel. Het enigste waar ik wat op heb aan te merken is het eten. Altijd koud en niet al te uitgebreid.

Et surtout, j'aimerais expliquer que nous avons perdu des souvenirs achetés au jamaa el fna dans notre chambre, jamais retrouvés!!! hôtels.com donne une mauvaise adresse du kenzi. attention ce c'est pas situe dans le quartier de l'hivernage mais bien plus loin.

es gab einen regelmässigen Pendelbusverkehr halbstündlich. fussweg denke ich, beträgt 30 min, bus war sehr angenehm und hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Hotelanlage sehr schön, essen sehr gut und auch landestypisch, wenn gewünscht.

L'hôtel est tout simplement parfait pour passer de très bonnes vacances et se reposer. Les chambres sont magnifiques et très bien entretenues, les repas plaisent à tout le monde (différentes sortes de tajines, woks, pâtes, pizzas, grillades...), il y a un grand choix de boissons (aux repas on vous sert directement des bouteilles de vin), la piscine […] chauffée est très appréciable et surtout tout est très beau. Les serveurs sont extrêmement serviables, sauf peut être au bar de la piscine où le service est très lent, et le personnel de l'accueil sera toujours là pour plaisanter. La navette gratuite vous emmènera au centre ville sur la place Jemma El Fnaa, il suffit de la réserver la veille. De même pour votre retour, il suffit de réserver une navette gratuite jusqu'à l'aéroport à l'heure que vous désirez. Sinon, dommage que les finitions ne soient pas parfaites, ce qui fera mal vieillir l'hôtel par la suite, et que les animations soient si light (le programme d'animations n'est pas vraiment respecté, sauf si vous avez une passion pour la pétanque). Heureusement il y a l'aquagym, les cours de cuisine et les courts de tennis. Attention les tables de ping pong se situent près des wc, difficile d'y jouer longtemps sans avoir des nausées. Les animations le soir sont un peu trop répétitives, seulement des spectacles de danse, et concernant la piste de danse toujours les mêmes chansons, dans le même ordre, tous les soirs... Sinon le concept du bar lounge est original. Attention évitez le spa!!! Nous avons fait un massage relaxant de 30 min ( environ 25 euros/personne). Les masseuses n'ont pas arrêté de pouffer de rire entre elles, cela a duré 15 min (elles avaient mis un chronomètre pour elles), puis 15 min laissés dans le noir pour nous "reposer", et c'était terminé! Stayed for 1 week in sept 2010 with my girlfriend. New hotel situated on large grounds - several small buildings. Paid for all inclusive - the food was as expected. Drinks are provided thru the restaurant and 2 bars. Drinks are served in plastic cups from the bars during daytime. Kleen and large rooms. Both staff and the majority of guests spoke French. […] 2 large pools in beautiful surroundings. Free shuttle from the hotel to the Medina. Wifi everywhere. Nice spa, indoor pool and gym on the grounds. Would rate this hotel as a 4-star resort. Friendly and polite staff. On the negative side they could do a much better job giving out or posting information about the hotel and area. It was not easy getting quality info from the staff since I dont speak French. There were no informationfolder or similar items in our room. Our room was located on the far end of the grounds - too far from the restaurant and bars.
