Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία -δίπλα σε όλα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και το στρώμα ήταν όνειρο!!!!! Η ρεσεψιόν εξυπηρετικότατη. Όλα πολύ ωραία! Δεν δοκιμάσαμε το πρωινό

So I really enjoyed this hotel. It's really pretty and well-maintained, and the bathroom was really, really nice. The walk-in shower was HUGE with this great showerhead. Also, the hair dryer had a diffuser on it (bonus!!) and the soap smelled great. I think all hotel rooms in midtown are small, so that's not really a complaint against Cassa. Also we […] were stuck on the 11th floor. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. They don't tell you that you can't choose any from the list. It's limited to a few items. The stay is very nice, no doubt. But they do need to improve on the heating system of the hotel. I was given a free upgrade to a suit but heating is NOT up to par with the other good services of the hotel.

First off, the staff was super friendly! The location was perfect. Loved the fact that we we could take in the action of Times Square but at the same time, be very low key. I would tell anyone to stay here!

Though the size of the hotel and the room was much smaller than it appeared to be in the pictures, it was certainly sufficient for our needs. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was close to several good restaurants, the subway, and lots of sites. We had a very quiet and restful night.

The location was perfect for our trip. We were within a short walking distance of Broadway, Time Square, and many other attractions and shops. The staff couldn't have been more inviting and pleasant. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The location is great, and we had a great rate compared to other hotels around Times Square which made the hotel acceptable. The front desk people were very friendly like all employees . The rooms are from floor 11 upwards to 42nd floor and Penthouse, the lounge is on the 10th floor with free wifi. In the room it is apparently very expensive (see other […] posts). Inconvenient that we had to go to 10th floor for internet. The room was relatively small for 2 and had a comfortable double bed. In the rooms is hardly any information about the hotel,There was no coffee maker in the room. When I asked about it, they brought one, but only decaf coffee, and no cups. I asked again, but they could not find regular coffee, so they brought a Kreuger but still no cups. There are cafe's to the left and right of the hotel within a block for good and reasonably priced breakfast. Across from the hotel is "Jack's World" shop with some food and drinks at great prices to take back to the room to avoid the super high prices of the room bar. A pharmacy market is around the corner on 6th avenue. The telephone prices are from the 20th century, $1 per minute even for local and toll free calls, $1.50 for other calls and $10 for international calls per minute plus a service fee! They obviously take advantage of international guests who don't have a US cellphone sim card. So just calling home for 5 minutes to say you arrived safely will cost you more than $50!! The only thing I didn't like was the puddle of water I stood in when taking a shower. Another drain is needed in the shower. The bed was a little small to, low to ground.

It was difficult to find the hotel at first. No big signs out front and it is set back, however, the location is fantastic. We always stay in this area and unless the rate was much lower than some of the other hotels in , I don't think I would go back. Room very small which is what I expect in NYC, but the other hotels seem to use the space more efficently. […] No shelves in the shower area..you have to put soap, shampoo etc. on the floor. Had a fantastic stay at Cassa. They really personalised our stay. The rooms were plenty big enough for a city break and the beds were extremely comfy!! All the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Special mention to Stephanie on the front desk who was so helpful and kind throughout our whole stay! Would stay again and recommend to others!

Pleasant staff, all that we encountered. The restaurant, Terrace, has some breakfast entrees with some slightly different twists but all that we tried were great. Location is one of its best features....especially for theater goers. It is close to the theaters yet the neighborhood is much more quite. Some good restaurants nearby. We realy enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful and our room was cozy and close to everything. We were particularly impressed with the concierge, Eric, who found us great tickets for every show we wanted to see. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Spent five nights over New Year, excellent situation for New Year festivities and getting around New York. Hotel very staff very friendly & helpful, rooms very clean, room & double bed quite small for America, the Terrace floor 10 good for breakfast only improvement I would suggest for the rooms would be tea/coffee making facilities.

Fantastic hotel, Resturant and services very basic but for the money and comfort of rooms we thought it was great. We only had a double bed which was a bad idea in end as very small when we had come from a king but you get what you pay for. Also storage in room not great but rooms were a good size. Excellent location - within walking distance of Times Square and 5th avenue. The staff were very friendly and offered information and advice on various visitor info for example subway information. The staff also recommended restaurants.

Great location, just 5 minute walk from Times Square. 3 good pubs on the same street within 100 metres which was nice!! Helpful staff,especially the Concierge on duty, with clear advice about getting around on the subway,etc. Rooms a good size for New York, reasonably sized bathroom and large flat screen tv.

Good location, the rooms are quite small and only have 2 lamps in the main room rather than a ceiling light so were very dark when getting ready or reading etc... My other issue was the bedding - it was just a sheet over an uncovered duvet but during the night the sheet would come off leaving you with the uncovered duvet that 1000s of people will have […] slept under unwashed! :( I have tried better hotels in NY (Sofitel being one) so would not rush back, also rooms could be noisy dueto lifts. My room came with continental breakfast on the 10th floor. Serving staff wasn't trained well enough to deal with people a little more than a couple. Had to wait for 20 minutes and gave my room number 3 times.

Service was spectacular! Room and hotel itself was immaculate! We go into the city at least twice a year to see a broadway play which is minutes away from the hotel. This will definately be the hotel we stay at for all future trips.

When we arrived at the hotel we were so pleased that everything was as had been previously described. We had just got out of a scam taxi cab which was followed by a roadside argument after he tried to charge us $170!!! On entering the hotel there was signs of construction work in progress which made us think that we were going to be in for a bit of […] a weekend. How wrong we were, the customer service at reception, by the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff was second to none. Whilst the bed wasn't the largest it was still plenty big enough and I am 6'3" and over 16 stone. It was super comfortable and was probably one of the better points of a pretty disappointing visit to the Big Apple. The higher floors are really quiet and relaxing and without going up to the top floors I bet they have spectacular views of the city. The hotel is central to all the major sights and they are really helpful when you require any transportation to Downtown etc. Whilst we will not be returning to New York again it is definitely not because of this little Jewel. excellent location for easy access to all the main attractions. would have liked tea making facility in the room but otherwise cannot fault the hotel. other reviews had commented on the rooms being small but we had a standard room and were surprised at the space.

Great hotel close to Times Square. Conveinent, within walking distance to Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza. Only critique is limited amenities like coffee and continental breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend, especially since the cost was reasonable compared to other neraby hotels.

I've never left a review/rating for anything before, but Cassa Hotel definitely deserves it! If I had anything negative to say--- the ONLY thing I could say negative was that the hotel room is quite small.. But it is New York! Every where you stay will be very small! But other than that, I had the best experience at Cassa! I've been to New York a total […] of 5 times in the last 4 years and this is the best hotel! I LOVE the location--- we barely took the subway anywhere this time! The staff (concierges AND doormen) are great and super friendly and very interactive (Bowan and Henry especially!) with guests. The reason why I didn't give them a 5 on staff was only because the morning staff wasn't as friendly as the afternoon/evening/late night staff... But it's ok! House keeping was AMAZING every day! The bed and comforter was so comfortable and soft--- I slept so well!! I normally wake up with back aches from hotels but not here! It's literally less than 5 min walk to time square and 5th ave and subways! But it's not in the middle of all the craziness which is what I love! The Hotel has its plus and minus. The lights in the bedroom are totally inadequate, too weak to read. In the Lounge or breakfast room there is a constant loud noise from the employees. Two cups of coffee, no refill offered , at ca. $ 8.00 including tip, wow! The front desk employees and the doorman, excellent!

I stayed here with my 14 year old daughter and she loved it and I LOVED IT! The staff sent us their favorite recommendations on restaurants, theater, and got us discount tix for Matthew Broderick show, and got us a town car too! The staff recommended shows, and UPGRADED OUR ROOM FOR FREE! The staff was better than staff at the the Four Seasons, Hilton, […] Doubletree Hotels! We were worried about this hotel after the first hotel we stayed in, in NY, but this was an absolute dream. They moved us to the 20th floor when we asked if we could have a room on a higher floor and it was't a problem. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We asked for their opinion on outlet shopping, restaurants and getting to the airport and […] all of their advice was spot on! The room was a good size and the bath room was clean and modern and the robes were a nice touch. I loved the toilettries they had in the bathroom, especially the moisturiser which smelled amazing. We really couldn't fault this hotel at all. The location was excellent as it was between Times Square and 5th Avenue, but it didn't feel as busy outside the hotel like the ones on Times Square. When first checking in the bathroom was still dirty. The housekeeping did notclean the room properly the entire stay. Concierge are more helpful and friendlier than the front desk staff. When complaining to the manager of the Hotel he was extremely unhelpful. Room is overpriced for what you get. I would not reccommend this Hotel.

Really helpful staff, in particular, Eric could set himself up as a tour guide, his knowledge of New York was amazing. So Close to Time Square, we hadn't realised.
