Great location, good value for money

I love this hotel! There were recent renovations so it is very modern and clean for the most part. I absolutely LOVE the bed, down comforter, and linens. It is the most comfortable bed in a hotel I've slept in. I also love the bathroom because it is so clean, modern, and chic looking. The room that I stayed in was extremely small - it is a little small […] for two people, but still is comfortable. There was enough for 2 luggages and several carry on bags on the floor. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The windows are soundproof so we can't hear any noise outside which was awesome!! The housekeeping lady was so sweet. There is a work out room with a few cardio machines. This hotel is about a 10 min walk from the Nanjing E. Rd brown line or a 15 min walk to the Zhongxiao-Fuxing blue line. The only complaint I have is that the carpet is old and could use some updating, but the hotel gives 2 new disposable flip flops so you can use when you are in the room; There is a free washing/drying machine, but the dryer doesn't work very well - my clothes were in there for 2 hours and it didn't dry them. There is a spa/massage place next door which I had the best massage Thai style massage I had in my life for reasonable prices. I would definitely stay at this hotel B again! Διαβάστε περισσότερα

We are a family of 4 from Singapore (2 adults and 2 kids). We online booked a 5-night stay at Hotel B Taipei, and we chose Hotel B because it had the family room which we wanted. The front desk staff were very polite and efficient. They always greeted the guests with a smile on their faces and they were always ready to help us or attend to our requests […] or enquiries. However, we were quite unhappy with the service staff at the hotel's breakfast place. They never greeted the guests and they showed black faces (especially the female staff wiping the plates). They didnt bother to thank the guests when the latter gave them the breakfast voucher or do anything to make the guests feel welcomed. Only one male staff said thanks to me (on 17dec morning) when I passed him the breakfast voucher. Finally, we want to give special thanks to the hotel manager Mr Chen for his professional help and advice on some of our concerns. Also, we find Miss Xie (frontdesk staff wearing spectacles, tall and slim lady) very helpful, polite, efficient and professional in handling guest matters. Overall not a bad hotel. The only downside is there is only one elevator in the hotel building. We actually walked ten floors down to have our breakfast as it was almost impossible to get into the lift. People from lower floors rode the elevator up then down to get to the first floor. Service was excellent as front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was decent-sized and relatively new with a nice view of Taipei 101. Hotel is a short walk to Breeze Center (high-end mall) and a few blocks away from MRT stations and Sogo, etc. You can easily catch buses (205 or 203) going to Raohe Night Market or walk a couple of […] blocks to Liaoning Night Market. Overall, great value for money for Hotel B. Just make sure you get directions to hotel as our cab from airport didn't know exact location. The hotel staff was hospitable and very helpful to our requests esp on tours assistance. In terms of location, you have to walk around 5-10 mins to the MRT station. I would stay here again on my next Taipei trip :)

Pros: Very courteous and helpful reception throughout stay. Pretty near to shops, restaurants and train. Cons: Booked a two double-bed room. Room ventilation was horrible. So, carpet had a VERY MUSTY smell. Toilet door was facing bed. Awful 'fung shui'. we will definitely stay here again. hotel staff were nice and hospitable. rooms were a bit small. price is very reasonable. free wifi internet . biffet breakfast was not so ok.

I recently stayed 2 mights at the B and was very satisfied. The room had obviously recently been refurbished and sported a brand new bath room and a pleasant design. I went out onto a fairly noisy road though, but hey, it's Taipei. The breakfast buffet is not meant for westerners, the options are limited.

The hotel is very close to a subway station and two stops away from SongSan Airport. The hotel staffs are super nice. When I have difficulties in connecting to the internet, they even brought in an outside contractor to help me. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway, but the neighbourhood has many restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The buffet breakfast is an interesting mix of Chinese dishes so if you are looking for a Continental breakfast you may not find much to eat. ４泊させていただきましたが、結構ホテルの人が親切で快適でした。 バスタブはなかったですが、シャワーとトイレの間にガラスの仕切りがあり、トイレが濡れないので便利でした。 シャワーも結構使い勝手はよかったです。 朝食はまあまあでしたが、まずいというわけでもなかったです。 あと、駅から思ったより遠かったのが難点でしたが、歩いていけない距離では決してなかったので それも良いです。 日本語の話せる支配人がいまして便利でした。 ホテルの内装も綺麗でした。 部屋も思ったより大きくてよかったです。 値段の割にはよかったのでまた次も利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

have to walk 10 mins from metro station to the hotel, not very convenient. But the hotel itself is excellent. We paid the price of 3 to stay in a room for 4 with 2 queen beds. The breakfast was OK with a variety of food, but the staff there were rude and did not seem to be helpful at all.

Value for Money. My family of 4 persons stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Although the room is not big, there are one king size bed and one queen size bed in the room which are great for us. The pillows and blankets are comfortable and the lighting in the room is almost the best in my experience.(Bright enough such that I can read anywhere in my room. […] most hotels are not bright enough to me). The room and bathroom are clean. The front desk finish my check-in in less than 1 minute and they also greeted me every time I go in and out the hotel. The only weakness is the buffet breakfast-choice is limited if you wake up late because they did not refilled and started to take away the things at 9:30am though the breakfast time should end at 10:00am. The location of this hotel is about 15 mins walk from Metro station (Sogo Department Store) but there are quite many shops on the way so you will likely to spend more than an hour. There is a great shopping mall Breezy nearby (less than 5 min walk) and offer much dining choice and shop there (Tailung Hands, Kino Bookshop, LV, Gucci....). There is also a Airport bus stop nearby. 房間乾淨,地點近東區百貨區,大推！！！

매우 친절한 안내와 청결한 실내환경 확트인 전망 등등 여러가지로 매우 편안한 여행이 가능한 곳임 MRT가 약간 먼게 흠이지만 버스로 대처가능함 정말 편한게 지내다 왔기에 다음에 대만에 또 간다면 다시 묵고 싶은 곳임

The staffs in the hotel is very helpful. The fact that they have staff that can speak cantonese is a plus. The room is clean and quiet. They well prepared the room for our arrival and this make the check-in very easy. Location is convenient. Just opposite to one of the drop-off point of airbus. Or a few minutes walk from MRT station.
