A distinct lack of bathroom storage and an air con unit which didn't chill the room. Provided with a room swap which resolved the air con issue and helpful staff.

The room is just spacious enough for 2 persons. Clean,new and well furnished. I enjoyed a good sleep in this apartment. I did not manage to enjoy the facilities in City Tempo because i only stayed a night. But the impression for my 1 night stay is pleasant and nice. I may come again.

The room was just OK. For the studio is very small, max to fit 2 person. The only worse thing is, they have no cleaner to clean the room, never change the tower for us. That's strange. It's quite expensive to pay for this service apartment.

Great little hotel, a few blocks walk to Bourke St and central CBD. Small rooms but if you book a balcony you have a bit more room , well appointed with everything you need, kitchen, washer,dryer ect. Fine for short or long stays and the price is good value for what you get. Would recommend to explore Melbourne with a budget but great hotel...

The place was great. Customer service was awesome. The room amenities were like a loaded apartment. The only problem was I did not pay close enough attention to the bed arraingement. The service provided by the front desk staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, unlike other serviced apartments that I have stayed in my business trips. The only shortfall of this apartment is the location, at the quiet end of Queen St, you need walk a few blocks to get to some nice restaurants.

The apartments are very new and located only a few minutes walking distance from Victoria Markets and 15 min to the CBD. There is an IGA and liquor store right accross the road. The service of the apartments is reasonable. House Keeping will clean your bathroom and kitchenette and make your bed if you wish. Towels and linen are only exchanged after […] 3 nights but there is a washing machine/dryer and you can always wash your towels. Thanks to the reviews of other travellers we booked a 1 BR apartment. It was functional but very compact and the studio would have been like a box. The airconditioners in the lounge and bedroom are quite noisy. The airconditioner in the lounge is mounted in a very unfortunate spot. In order to get the airflow going you have to shift the sofa away which will then block the door to the bedroom pretty much. The bed was comfortable. The biggest flaw, however, is the bathroom. It is a tiny frosted glass cubicle that stands right in the little lounge and kitchenette area and gives you no privacy at all. If you are travelling alone and have no visitors, then ok. The sink is tiny with no place to put things apart from opening the mirror cabinet. The hotel is brand new and spotless, with a great gym and well-equipped rooms. Downsides-parking is $19.50 a night, staff needs a little training in customer service still (should always allow late checkout, no matter how full you may be), and no "do not disturb" signs for the doors to keep housekeeping away. clean had everything i needed for an overnight

ホテルの立地はクイーンビクトリアマーケットに近く、カフェも近くに数件あります。メルボルンセントラルにも徒歩で行ける距離だったので、不便はあまり感じられませんでした。周りはオフィス街っぽく、夜は静かでした。 部屋の設備は、システムキッチンや洗濯乾燥機など、普通に生活できるような設備が整っていました。ただ、浴室はシャワーのみ、洗面化粧台の洗面器が小さい、と若干不便なところもありますが、快適に過ごせました。ルームクリーニングは３日に１回とホームページに書かれていたのですが、ほぼ毎日、クリーニングに入ってくれていた感じです。 ホテルのスタッフの方は、到着がチェックイン時刻の２時間くらい前だったにも関わらず、チェックインさせてくれたり、近くのスーパーの場所や、トラムに乗る場所等を教えてくれたりと、とて […] も親切でした。 また、メルボルンに行った際には滞在したいと思います。 Διαβάστε περισσότερα

水周りが清潔で、快適なホテルでした。ビクトリアマーケットにも近いので、食材を買って料理する方にはｵｽｽﾒです。 大型のスーパーは近くにありません。 近代的なつくりで、利便性の高いホテルだったと思います。
