loved the surrounding area, very short distance to walk once you get off MRT. convenience store right by the hotel, good food to choose from and affordable.

Great location in Taipei, close to a major metro rail station, shops and eateries. The staff were always polite and helpful. The room is a little bit small compared with other hotels I stayed in Taipei, but clean and has all the necessities. Complementary fruit everyday!

Enjoyed my stay as the location is good. The hotel is a bit old as the carpets look worn out otherwise quite well maintained.

Very near the train station and SOGO department store. Rooms were nice and staff was helpful.

Room & bathroom are big and spacious and quiet although we stayed in the 3rd floor near a busy streets. Location is excellent. Fruits replenish daily, fast broadband. If breakfast included will be perfect stay.

The Royal Palace Hotel is very conveniently situated, right in the middle of the Taipei shopping district. It is just diagonally opposite Hello Kitty Sweets, which is fabulous. Royal Palace is located near ZhongxiaoFuXing MTR station, a few stops away from Taipei Main Station which is more convenient to transfers to other lines, railway or buses. Although it's near Sogo shopping center & there's a good availability of restaurants nearby, there are limited options for breakfast. The neighbourhood is also suitable for families, being clean & safe compared to more complicated areas like Ximending. The hotel was in an excellent location. It was very convenient to many shops, eateries, and the MRT station was less than 5 minutes away. The hotel staff were very nice and courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was free water, soda and fruits for us everyday. It was very quiet at night because the hotel was facing the back of a busy […] intersection. Fantastic location, extremely close to two MRT stations. Very easy to find. Excellent service and beautiful accomadations. The best coffee and great breakfast buffet(for a reasonable cost). Recently stayed at the Royal Palace Hotel in the middle of Taipei City, and I was impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel location is fantastic, being about a 2 minute walk from the #3 exit of the Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station, which is connected underground to no less than 3 major shopping […] malls. On top of that, the Evergreen Taoyuan airport express bus stand is just a 7 minute walk, just past the old (white and red) SOGO department store. When I booked the hotel online, I wasn't expecting too much. I just wanted somewhere close to an MRT station, as I had to do a bit of business and go back and forth to government buildings. For the price, the Royal Palace hotel exceeded my expectations. My only real criticisms of the hotel are: 1) There is no view outside the windows. The hotel is wedged in between buildings in a narrow side street (DaAn Rd). Of course, if the rooms had a view, we'd probably be paying a 50% or higher premium! 2) The 'gym' is teeny tiny, and has only a couple of treadmills and an elliptical for aerobics. Forget about any resistance workouts. Ultimately, this did not really affect my stay, as I was either too busy or too tired to take time out for a gym workout anyways. Reasonable price, great location, 2mins walking distance to MRT station and SOGO. The room is clean and quiet. The only drawback is that the hotel is too close to the building next door, so no view outside the windows.

After going through the reviews I made a choice to try out Royal Palace Hotel. I was very glad when it turned out to be what I expected and had a wonderful stay. The room was great and the bathroom was huge. The location was superb with the Fuxing MRT station just round the corner. This hotel was in a very convenient location. It was walking distance to a number of Train stops. The staff at the hotel were the best I have ever encountered. They were extremely friendly and always going the extra mile to assist us. Will absolutely stay here whenever we visit Taipei.

The hotel is very nice with comfortable rooms. Even had a few free softdrinks in the fridge. The best part though is that it's very close to ZhongXiao E Rd which is where the blue metro line runs. So it's super convenient to get around. It's an excellent base for exploring Taipei.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We picked this location because it was close by to my aunt's home, which was the main purpose of our visit. However, we found out that it was also close by to many eateries, shopping areas, and public transportation. Although it is not a brand new hotel, the remodeling and the facilities it has are all […] up to par with the big names, but has the comfort and intimacy that this boutique hotel offers. For those with an explorer spirit, I think Royal Palace is one option to check in to. Within steps of Zhongxiao Donglu, it is near to this popular shopping belt and yet hides several quaint shops at the back. We didn't stay in any other hotel, so I can't compare. We took the smallest room and it was quite small but fully equipped with flat screen tv, cd/vcd/dvd player with surround sound, heated toilet bowl etc. Far more luxury than I'd expect from a 5 star hotel and this is listed as 3 star. It's close to an MRT station, which opens up the way to explore […] the city. Hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was not included, so I can't comment on that. Royal Palace Hotel is a Clean, modern Asian hotel. With convenient access to the MRT (metro), it's central location in the downtown area, it's a good choice business hotel. Easy access to the Nangang Exhibition Centre via the MRT (metro/tube). Breakfast was not included (poor description from Hotels.com)

I have scoured and read the ratings of many hotels, and could not find one that is to my liking. I googled top hotel in Taipei, and Royal Palace Hotel came up, it indeed is one of the top 10 hotel in Taipei, with an advantage that it does not burn your wallet. For an Asian, the size of the room was perfect, and the decor and amenities gives one the […] impression of a royal treatment, where all one's hotel needs are pre-empted and attended to. To compensate for the drappy views, my room has a mini koi (8 big kois inside) garden, that has a very nice landscape. Beverages are free (2 mineral water, 3 carbonated drinks including on isotonic. They served fruits, tea and coffee in nice cutleries. It is the small gestures makes one feel the host has gone the extra miles. The gym and business centre at the level i stayed was of a professional standard. The neigbourhood is not sleazy. It's quite safe. if you know your direction, it is about 5 minutes walk to the mrt. The room and bath are very clean (5-star). We love the bath robes, perfect size and comfort, wanted to buy but forgot. Hmm... Amazingly great one night stay at the hotel. The nice surprise and superb facilities leaves a lasting impression of perfection. For the price i paid, which was on the high side (due to last minute booking) the hotel delivered beyond my expectation, and I am a delighted customer who will visit the hotel again on my next visit to Taipei. The direct customer service experience was satisfactory. I asked the porter for direction, he did not know, and took the time to ask the front desk conceige. To me that is good enough. ＭＲＴ忠孝復興駅からすぐなのでどこへ出掛けるにも便利です。しかし表通りから一本入るので騒々しくはありません。近くにファミマ、セブンがあります。部屋も清潔でトイレは台湾製ウォシュレット装備。冷蔵庫内のソフトドリンク数本と水数本、フルーツ（バナナ、りんご、キウイ）は全て無料。毎日補充してくれます。ホテル正面にはしゃれた造りの足つぼマッサージ店もあります。帰りは桃園空港まで１３００ＮＴＤの送迎を利用しました。ベンツＳクラスで快適。唯一の不満は、全館禁煙という点でした（私は喫煙者なので）。総じて良いホテルと思いました。

3月末に家族で3泊しました。立地条件はとてもよく地下鉄の駅にもすぐ近く、美味しいレストランも徒歩圏で、買い物も便利。お部屋も清潔で、バスタブとシャワーが別だったので、毎日湯船につかることができました。目の前に足裏マッサージのお店もあり、歩き疲れて帰った後のマッサージは最高。スタッフの方も英語が堪能でしたし、帰りの空港までのタクシーの時間が一時くらいでよかったので、お部屋を1時までチェックアウト時間を快くのばしてくれたりもしてくれました。 台湾はタクシーも安いので、よく利用しましたが、地下鉄に近かったので、地下鉄に乗って夜市に行ったり、地元の人の生活にも触れることができて楽しかったです。 又、利用したいです。

リニューアルしてまもないのか、内装や家具に至るまで新しくきれいでした。 特に、お風呂が浴室とシャワーが別で、広々としていて、子連れには使い勝手がよかったです。 また、フロントの対応も、英語でしたがスピーディで、部屋をランクアップしてくれました。 部屋にi podをつなげるステレオもあり、また、飲み物や果物が無料で毎日補充されていました。 ホテルの規模が小さいことや、大通りから一本裏手にあるせいか、価格は安く、お値打ちホテルだと思います。 あえて言うなら、これだけ素晴らしいホテルなのに、絨毯のシミ（コーヒー？）が目につく程度あったのと、かすかに空気口からタバコのにおいが混じってにおうのが残念な点でした。 でも、全体的にグレードが高いので、台湾での定宿にするつもりでいます。

乳児と二人、観光でスイートに3泊しました。 立地は駅から近く、地下街を通れば、小雨なら傘なしでも殆ど濡れません。周りには美味しいお店が沢山あるので、ちょっと食べに行ったり、持ち帰って食べたりできます。 部屋はあたらしくはないけど清潔です。アメニティはロクシタンでした。プリンタと、iPodかiPhone若しくはCD用のオーディオがあります。部屋の照明は割と明るいです。 サービスは、心遣いが感じられます。水をよく飲むので、スーパーで買って来た水を置いていたら、次の日から、一本多めに水を置いてくれたり、チェックアウトの日にお掃除の方に(いつも声を掛けてくれていたので)「今日帰ります、ありがとう」と声を掛けたら、わざわざ仕事の手を止めてエレベーターホールまで見送りに来てくれたり、と心温まりました。  […] レストランの朝食は、まずまずです。軽い中華と寿司が中心でした。 また台北に行く時は利用したいと思います。 Διαβάστε περισσότερα

酒店方便，乾淨，服務出色！

今回、はじめての台湾でした。 最初は、小じんまりしたホテルだなと思い 、期待はしなかったけど、入ってみると内装もキレイで良かったです。 部屋によって違いはあると思いますが、私の泊まった部屋は、バスとトイレが別で、ゆっくり湯船にもつかれました。 また立地もよく、台北中心から少しはなれますが、地下鉄の駅もすぐなんで、移動に関しても問題なかったですよ。近くに空港リムジンバスのバス停もあるんで、空港から迷うことなく、ホテルに着きました。 買い物も近くに、そごうや、ハイブランドの入った大型販売店もありますんで、買い物好きな方にもお勧めです。

豪麗酒店交通十分方便，距離忠孝復興捷運站十分近，步行三分鐘內便到達。另外，酒店新裝修，房內及各層走廊很新，各層走廊亦有背景音樂，提升酒店的格調。 另外，入住與退房的手續簡單，很快便辦妥。

部屋はきれいで掃除も行き届いていました。 シャワーが上海のウェステインと同じで（何ていうのか忘れましたが･･･）、とても気持ちよかったです。 周辺にはおいしいワンタンのお店もあり、14時頃到着したら部屋の掃除が終わっていないので、30分後に来てと言われ、ワンタンを食べてたらちょうど良い時間でした。 カードキーが2枚渡されたのも便利でした。 ただホテルの知名度は低いのか、タクシーではホテルカードを見せないと通じませんでした。 またフロントスタッフは日本語を話せません。多少の英会話力は必要です。

先日、4泊5日でロイヤルパレスホテルに滞在しました。初めての台北旅行だったのですが、松山空港からタクシーで１０～１５分位と近く、ホテルのスタッフも親切でした。一番、良かった点はやはり立地でしょうか。近所にはレストランもショッピング街もあり、MRTの駅もすぐなのでとてもよたっかと思います。
