I was surprised there was no ATM machine for visitors to get the local currency. You had to take a cab or walk 1/2 mile to the shopping center to get money.

When this hotel is under 70$ usd it a deal. Howeve, the rooms are too small. It's perfect for a single person but for a couple it's too small. The view is nice at the upper floors. If you have no choice stay here. If you have a choice choose elsewhere. Not that this Hotel did anything wrong. Just it's not for me.

The small room was adequate for overnight stay on way to Merida. The staff was young and inexperienced but made every effort to please. The fact the ado bus stopped at hotel was very useful. There was a large mall close by but crossing 5 lanes was scary. A taxi is necessary. There is not much to do or see in the area. I would stay again

The hotel is nice and in a good location if you want to be between town, airport and the beach. The negative is the rooms are SUPER SMALL. The beds were twin beds. Not good for a family vacation but ok for one person there on business or passing through. Service was not great either.

When we checked-in late afternoon and entered our room, it was already occupied. We went back to the frontdesk for another room. The second room given to us was also occupied. Excellent accomodations, very elegant 1 bedroom suite (fully applianced with utensils) very friendly staff. Great kids club. Good entertainment programs every night. Beautiful beach (not crowded at all). Excellent service from staff (very friendly and courteous).

I really liked this hotel. I needed an inexpensive hotel to stay in while waiting to go to Playa Del Carmen the following morning. It was super clean, and the customer service was great. Brand new hotel, well located and friendly staff. The good: Internet in the room, supermarket very close, great breakfast for an extra 75 MXP. PCs with internet available in the lobby free of charge. The hotel looks great, it placed at the centro of cancun But one thing really disappoint me a lot is the most most important thing for me which is cleanliness of the room that was not cleaned at all, but that was my room I don't know about other rooms. I know that your rates are low but having a decent pillow would be a minimum. Not being able to make a local phone call from the room is completely ridiculous. This is a "no nonsense" hotel, located in downtown Cancun, which is quite a distance from the Hotel Zone. Great value and away from the crowds. Although it located walking distance from a huge mall with cinemas and several restaurants, it is better suit for those with a car since it is away from the beach. Otherwise, the only other consideration is to know that the room is a bit small. Overall, an excellent choice for quality, cleanliness, and service.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and urbanish. The hotel room was small but served it's function. We only stayed there overnight. My only concern was that when we took a shower the entire room became a steam room making the floors wet and slippery. There was not a vent in the room or restroom. Its great if you go to Cancun for business, its not the fancy hotel at the "cool" zone of hotels buy its really clean , the space its very efficient and has a great supermarket in the same building. And an ADO stop (same building too) that can take you back and forward to the airport.

Attention: there are no crosswalks to the mall on the very busy streets, which are a major intersection. The safest way to and from the mall is by taxi. The fitness center is .5 km up the street - the cross street can be crossed behind the hotel to the sidewalk in front of the small jungle on that side. As you walk by those trees, going north, you will see lots of iquanas next to the sidewalk or underneath it. They will run away, but they are right there and you will be startled by them. The club is Sport City. A copy of your passport is needed to prove you are a tourist. Cost is US$15 for the whole day. Sport City is the perfect gym and has a great indoor lap pool.
