The hotel is rather spacious compare to other low cost hotels in Singapore. I stayed here for 1 night and had a fair experience. Everything was accessible and restaurants and hawkers are everywhere. Bugis Junction is just 10 steps away and shopping malls are literally everywhere. I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

The room is small without windows and you need to pay for WIFI. if you are budget traveller that just need a bed to sleep then it is for you

We stayed in a room with one queen bed and bathroom. Firstly, I have stood in wardrobes that are bigger than this room but we were only there for a stop over so looked past this. The bathroom was so small that the shower was right next to the toilet therefore the toilet and toilet paper got wet when you showered. One plus is that you can sit on the […] toilet and have a shower at the same time. Next there was no natural light into the room, only one wall covered in a mirror to give the illusion the room was bigger. We went to snuggle into bed only to discover they have vinyl covered mattresses therefore very cold and uncomfortable. The location was very central and it is a budget hotel but really???? Very small and clean rooms, but some without windows. A bit noisy from the hallway and opposite rooms as the door lack any isolation around. The breakfast was terrible (no taste what so ever) but its close to other restaurants.

It's an unforgettable one. Lots of nice places to visit, restaurants to eat, good places to go shopping. We'll sure come back maybe late this year together with other family members

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is next to Bugis shopping center. The hotel itself is terrible. Additionally they charge rates that are way above the value of the service provided. It's more of a motel. If you are just staying for a night than bear with it, however do not stay any longer.

We stayed here because of the convenient location MTR is a short walk. Lots of shops close by. The room itself is small and has no windows. Mattress is hard and uncomfortable.

Good Value for money. We had to attend a conference at SUNTEC and it was only a few minutes walk. Also, the hotel is close to BUGIS Junction for good bargain hunting! I will recommend to my friends.

Basically a love hotel. Anyway we just wanted a decent place to stay for one night between two flights. Very noisy hotel, bad breakfast, tiny rooms, no window, poor bed. Clean room, clean hotel. Good service. Good location. Ok place for one night stay!

Rooms were small and there was mold in the rooms. Humidity in the rooms was close to 99,9% after taking a shower. The breakfast wasnt good but it was enough to get you going. The location was ok.

The location of the hotel is very strategic.It is not only near the MRT station but it is also close to Bugis malls.The hotel receptionists were very kind,polite and accomodating.The room was clean and elegant.I highly recommend the hotel.

We didnt expect luxury in the price bracket we wanted to pay, but we did expect a small amount of comfort, particularly as the room we booked was titled "superior". The bed was an extremely hard mattress covered in vinyl with nothing between the vinyl and the very thin undersheet. The sheets had holes in them. The towel were so thin they did not adequately […] dry and the "bathroom" was the size of a standard toilet with a shower and no screen or curtain. The complimentary breakfast was of a very poor standard and the staff in the "restaurant" rude. We didnt use the breakfast vouchers after the first morning. The location absolutely startegic, not far from MRT(just 5-10 mnt walking). Just dont expect nice, warm smiley fornt desk attandet to greet you well (coz u only can get that kind of service in Indonesia). For business & transit, the hotel was great (in location, cleanliness & price).

雖然我們是late check-in，但預訂酒店時明明是訂了兩張單人床的房間，最後卻變成了一張雙人床房間。酒店職員只回答說單人床跟雙人床房間是按照酒店的房間情況而分配，而當時只剩下雙人床房所以不能給我們安排。我們感到非常無奈！既然我們已預訂了，不是應該在分配房間時已預留了兩張單人床的房間給我們嗎？要是我倆是一男一女的同事或朋友，那就得共睡一床嗎？

The best thing about the hotel was its location, it was walking distance to a lot and it was also close to subway stations of three different lines. The rooms were clean but extremely small and there were no windows but considering the cheap price it was okay. 用事があり一泊しましたが、機能的にコンパクトにまとまっていて良かったです。家族や恋人同士の旅行には、スーペリアをおすすめです。通常の部屋には窓がありませんが、部屋は機能的、清潔、シャワートイレは一緒ですが、この価格では十分だと思います。インスタントのコーヒーと紅茶が付いていたのもありがたかったです。ホテルのスタッフの方数人のサービスがとてもよく、それだけでも泊まってよかった。と思います。朝食は中華数点＆トーストなどで、それなりにおいしかったです。

バスタブの無いホテルに初めて泊まりました。トイレの横にシャワーがあり違和感バリバリで…ホテルのスタッフに聞くとすべての部屋にバスタブは無いと…もう泊まりたくありません。。。。

I guess with small budget you can´t get much more in Singapore. Location was good for us. Hotel was much cheaper when booked via Hotels.com than the price list price in Hotel reception.

我本身每個月都會到新加坡,這是我第二次入住fragrance酒店,酒店是乾淨舒適的,但這次入住時碰到櫃台服務人員態度很差~ 我拿hotels.com預約的單給他看,他看都不看就說看不懂中文.. 裡面有我的英文名字跟住房的英文資料,他都不詳細看清楚~ 之後搞了半天我再拿給他看,他才知道的們預約什麼房間.. 再來就是我們跟工作人員要求多一個枕頭,一直跟我們說好的,等等會送來~ 我們住了兩天,問了幾次到我們走了,枕頭都還沒送過來... 除了這些缺點,酒店位置是很方便的~

只要住宿到三樓以上的房間，幾乎都有普遍的品質，雖然沒有窗戶，但是房間乾淨，沒有煙味，每天也都會整理，以價格來說真的沒什麼好嫌的！！

ビジネスユースや一人旅なら全然問題ないが、カップル旅行、新婚旅行、家族旅行には絶対向かない。窓もなく、写真にだまされた感が大きい。 客層はほとんどが中国人。インド系かマレー系の人もいたがまれ。 スタッフさんは愛想もよく、好印象で部屋自体の清潔感はあったが、歯ブラシ交換なしやパジャマなし、シャンプーなしは痛かった。逆をいえば、値段相応っていったところかもしれない。

we did read the comments about this hotel we knew that it will be a small room but it's not small it's veeeery small (no window). we did have quite a lot of lugagge and it wasn't easy to find enough space for it! there is no real shower just a place to take a shower - after that everything was wet! there were to many people talking on the floor (guests […] and the cleaninglady) -> very noisy!!! breakfast was rice...! eventhough the location is perfect we could go everywhere by walking!! de kamer was klein maar niet TE klein (voor die prijs), het bed was echter voor mijn 1.92m echt te kort, dus ik heb diagonaal geslapen, wat weer niet lekker was met mijn elleboog tegen de muur. Verder was het ontbijt erg slecht, aangebrande rijst, weinig variatie tussen de dagen, weinig keuze sowieso. Heb 3 dagen ergens anders ontbeten.

这个酒店是出国旅行中预定的最差的一次，在网站上预定的是有窗户的双床标准间，到了后给我们的是没有窗户的，大床房，要我们同性住在一张床，我们进行了沟通协调，结果是把钱退给我们，还要扣预定费用。请问这是我们预订的房间吗，什么叫预定，我们提前付了款，订了房型，入住时却给我们不一定的房间。。。。。。在国外要我们退掉，让我们自己去再找其它的酒店。。。请问我们两个女孩子来到第一次来的国家怎么去找。。。。。以后再也不会在这个网站订房了

시내 관광지를 관광하기에 정말 좋은 위치에 위치한 호텔!! 전철역 및 주요 관광지, 버스정류장과 인접하여 시간절약하여 관광하기에 정말 좋다. 아침에 주는 무료 뷔페식 식사도 나쁘지 않았고 호텔 직원들의 서비스도 좋았다. 단 객실 상태가 약간 지저분했고 복도와의 소음이 차단되지 않아 시끄러웠다. 침대도 딱딱했다.

MRTブギス駅から徒歩５分ほど。１Fがセブンイレブンでブギス駅には大型ショッピングモールがあるため、観光には不自由なかったです。ラッフルズホテルやシティーも歩こうと思えば歩ける立地です。とにかく、利便性は文句なしです。ホテルの方も優しく親切で素晴らしかったです。ただ、一つ欠点を言えば、朝食。英語が通じない中国人が作る朝食は毎朝ほぼメニューが変わらず、味もイマイチでした。wifiも有料（２時間$５）でした。ただ、総括すれば、「場所が良くて寝れればいい」という方には文句なしのホテルかと思います。

まだ新しいのか、比較的にきれいなホテル。 一応、毎日掃除はしてくれているがいちりゅうホテルのサービスまでは届いていない。 ランドリーはフロントに依頼して外部の洗濯屋へ出すようなので時間がかかる。窓付きの部屋ならは、カーテンを開けたまま、朝洗濯したものは夜には乾いているのでこまめに洗えば不住はしない。 フロントスタッフは意外とフレンドリーで好印象。 ただし、時間帯でスタッフが入れ替わる時の引継ぎは期待できない。 隣にはセブンイレブンがあるのでちょっとしたものは調達できる。 近隣のホーカーセンターは夜10時ごろには閉店となってしまうため要注意。 2つ星では良い方だと思う。
