We ended up with a camper, which was huge for our family. It is a campground for people who like to party and have fun, so don't be surprised to hear... people walking past your place talking loudly in the wee hours. I didn't feel scared or anything since I was aware it was just drunk people walking back. (Walking is much safer than driving if you are going to party!) Also, do not forget to bring your own towels! They rent some there for cheap, but they are strange and stiff. There is a tour booth info place there and the guy is very helpful despite the fact we missed our tour due to missing our train by 1minute. (no refunds, but he did offer to re-book it.) There is a shuttle that takes people to the train station, which you will have to take if you are planning to see the popular sites in Rome. For us this was an affordable option to stay in so we could see Rome on a budget. I would highly recommend this place to anyone open minded and on a budget. It isn't a hotel, so don't expect it to be high class or fancy. For us it was a bed to sleep in and had a shower. It sufficed our needs.
