"We had a very efficient and pleasant check in experience. Our room was ready even though we were an hour ahead of check in time. The room itself was great. Everything we could have asked for and the bed was very comfortable with great quality pillows, which makes all the difference to a good nights sleep. We’d definitely stay here again. "

"Quite simply a very good hotel. Well located for rail station and then the city centre and thereabouts easily accessible on foot. Reception was good, breakfast had a great selection of the usual stuff plus a hot food menu option. Room was well equipped and clean. Went for the club deluxe option which did not disappoint. Happy to recommend. "
