"My family and I stayed at Seiri Del Mar, and we just left this place!! we’re visiting Hopkins. We usually stay at another place nearby, but they were booked up so we gave this resort a try. It exceeded our expectations and now this will likely be our new spot!!! The staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful with any questions we had. I believe the lady who checked us in was Eseri . She walked us to our room, welcome us to Hopkins, and ensured we had all the information to make our stay pleasant.
We were treated to a complementary cocktail at the beautiful restaurant on site. Our room had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and washer and dryer. Our view from the room and living area was beyond amazing. Everything about our trip here felt beautiful and peaceful. My family loved the pool and especially that it also had a Jacuzzi! The beach grounds were kept very clean, with maintenance raking the sand every morning. We were able to go paddle boarding, and kayaking at the beach in front of the resort, as all of these amenities were available to us. We felt very safe, with 24/7 security at the gate. I really can’t say enough great things about this place. You just have to check it out for yourself!! "

The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). This property is a little ways out of Hopkins Village proper, but there are restaurants in short walking distance. It's also not on the beach, but we weren't looking for that since we liked the location for access to Bocawina/Mayflower, the Jaguar Preserve, and other sites."
