Everyone was very nice. Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Ran fan on constant air constantly since we were facing the street and it was noisy. We were on the 10th floor. Cords from the unit were laying on the floor so that was scary. Liked the small coffee area. They had great smoothies. I would stay here again but maybe ask for a room on the other side.

Beds were comfortable, the staff was super friendly and very informative. The hotel was located close enough to walk where you need to go. The food in their cafe is excellent. The only downside I can say is if your room is close to the elevator you’ll hear it during the night when all else is quiet. Also making guest pay for parking is ridiculous when you pay $200+ a night
