At check in, the customer service person singularly decided to change my room from the King size bed that I selected online to a room with 2 queens. I did not ask for the change and immediately asked her to change it back to the King size bed that I had selected. Not sure why she thought she knew my preference better than I do. Also, the room had a sickly-sweet air freshener smell that made it hard to breathe.

Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. Facility was well-maintained inside and out. Nice desk clerk. Well-lit parking lot. Felt safe there. Convenient access to Circle K, Lil Ceasar's Pizza, and Burger King. Pleased with the heating/cooling unit that kept a steady temperature all night and gave the option for fan to run continuously or shut off. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, bath wash in dispensers, plus a regular-sized bar of soap. Various pillow sizes to choose from. Comfortable bed. Suite door did carry noise from adjacent room (tv, phone ringing, person coughing), but not enough to disturb our sleep. Was less expensive than other hotels in the area. Would stay there again.

Room and property were clean. Front desk was nice and fast. Water from sink smelled horrible and left a silky film on your skin. Towels left lint all over our bodies and in our hair. Price is a little too high in comparison to neighboring hotels to not provide breakfast or not even have an elevator for those of us that can’t climb stairs. Told front desk about my disability and she said I can pay extra for a downstairs room. Windows need shades because outside is well lit which is great but the light comes into the rooms and is a bit much when trying to sleep. Beds are super comfortable. Rooms need dirty laundry bags. Just some suggestions but yes I would stay again if I had to because it was clean.
