It's a great place to stay in the winter. They have a Jacuzzi and indoor pool and another outdoor pool. Beds are so very comfortable. We stay here all the time and it's pet friendly.

Overall got the job done
Overall good. Best breakfast buffet. The rooms are outdated. They have very poor housekeeping and maintenance. The room was very spacious and set up nice with plenty of room to move around. There was something spilled all over the phone, the clock, and nightstand when we arrived and housekeeping came and cleaned it up. The floors are dirty. Big stains in the chairs. All the dresser draws were full of dust and dirt. The shower wouldn’t drain, it was full of grime. The shower stopper was broken. The shower knob was broken which made it extremely hard to adjust it to get a hot shower. The room is set up like a 3 room setup; living/dining room, bathroom/ vanity, and then the bedroom was in the back away from front door. I really like the room layout because we are door level with the parking lot. The room we were in had two levels above us; you hear everything. I think someone had a child play basketball above my bed until 3am. The place is outdated and the hotel maps shows they have laundry and vending on all 3 levels which the do not have any at all. The only time you can get a beverage at this hotel is when breakfast is being served. Overall the price is good; we were staying for a volleyball trip and it was not a vacation; we were not looking for luxury but for comfort. The beds were very comfortable and clean. They do have indoor and outdoor pool. The pools are pretty small. There’s no view at all; parking lot, interstate. Hard to drive in and out. Nothing within walking.
Phone upon arrival; after housekeeper cleaned it.
Furniture had something poured on them. At arrival

It was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Clean rooms. 2 TV sets and a little living room. So you could both watch what you wanted. Great for an overnight stay or a week long stay. Will go back again. Very nice.

Hopefully, we won't have to stay here again
We were in town for a national volleyball club tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center which was 3 minutes away. The hotel's location was great however the condition and cleanliness of the hotel and hotel rooms were disappointing, especially for what we paid. I would have expected this if it were less expensive than the other area hotels, but it was not. The sheets on the beds were stained, one of the comforters had blood on it, the shower and sink were just not clean, and the floors were beyond gross. Our hotel room phone and safe did not work and was not fixed during our stay. I told someone about the safe once and the phone twice but it was never fixed. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to call the direct line to get the front office, I would get sent to the call center that is not at the hotel if I was left on hold too long. On the last day of our 4-day/3 night stay the elevator didn't work so I had to make 3 trips up and down from the 3rd floor in 11-degree weather (this wasn't fun). The hotel has the potential to be so nice...they need to clean it up a bit. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus for the girls and their teammates and the breakfast each morning was good..the dining area was very clean and sanitary. If they cleaned their rooms the way they do the dining area this place would be a B+, A- hotel. I will say that all of the staff were very nice and respectful.

Ok for the price- could use better cleaning
First timers in this area. We wanted to be a littler further from the main city this time since it was a quick trip. It was highly affordable, yet, that I’m not sure it was reflected with the conditions. Staff was friendly and simple check in. Room was dirty-ish as far as a through cleaning. The pull out bed had crumbs on it. Didn’t use. Noticed some old cheese puffs down there too. :/ Sink was clogged up and had stuff coming out of it. :/ Bathroom had mold spots on ceiling and the curtain. Main tv in bedroom was broken. I notified them but they just took a “note.” :/ Thankfully we didn’t stay in there often but I didn’t really feel clean during my stay. Otherwise i would say it was a basic stay for a budget. The indoor pool and hot tub wasn’t bad but only if it isn’t crowded.

Lower price lower quality
We have been staying here periodically for years. Its quality has been falling for some time, especially more recently. Staff seemed disinterested. Housekeeping is not great, the breakfast was a shadow of what it once was, the bed broken down and soft, and things line inoperable ice machines are now the norm. It does not appear that any capital is being invested to maintain or upgrade the facility. The room had a balcony but it overlooks a large very near auto dealership. On checkout the desk clerk was coughing continually and making no effort to cover her cough raising concerns regarding communicable winter respiratory illnesses. It is less expensive than other hotel/motel choices in the area and you get what you pay for.

Late check in.
Booked room online due to late arrival from trip. Checked in at 12 midnight. Gary the night manager was very cordial and accommodating. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of clean white new towels and plenty of toiletries. Room had coffee maker and supplies. Breakfast was plentiful with cold and hot selections including waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits. Lots of breakfast choices. Fresh fruit and yogurt. I would recommend to anyone traveling to this area.

Not bad for an overnight stay
Arriving to a vacated room that wasn't cleaned yet didn't give the best first impression, but we were switched to the room next door which was fine. Room was fine but the pillows weren't so great and the couch was really uncomfortable. On the positive side, great pool and hot tub!

2/10 Poor

Horrible with bugs and no comp
There were bugs in the room. It has a deop ceiling and they were crawling in ans out and you can tell there was water damage from above. It looked more like a motel. You walk in from the outside directly to room. I asked if they disnt have any drop ceiling rooms ans they said no. We told them about bugs and they only gave a discount instead of comp my stay and i have called and spoke to general manager Shirley and she said they wont comp my stay they only do it for bed bugs which I dont know whay bugs it was. Some say bed bugs some say roaches. She said they had someone there that day taking care of the bugs. Breakfast wasnt good. Online saw it say workout room and there was no workout room. We asked. I have pictures but it wont let me add them.
