Lack of customer service
A couple of things on poor service. There was no coffee in lobby, ever. The few times times I was at the front desk I witness staff watching guest try to get coffee (including myself) and they said nothing of the machine being out or not working. Several hours later the machine still didn’t work and staff never put an out of order sign put up or refilled it. It still didn’t work on checking out at 6:30 in the morning. In talking to Staff and watching staff it was clear they have a disconnect and seem uninterested in customer service or their job. The walls are very thin. We had to listen to metal hitting the inside of a dryer at 11:00 pm for nearly a hour while trying to fall asleep. We could hear people walking above us and down the hallways. We could have stayed at Quality Inn for $35 less a night. That’s usually our normal go to in Williams as we’ve never had a bad experience there. I’m sorry I booked here!

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent but the whole facility was nice and clean. Cute Christmas decorations during the holidays. Close to town and bunch of good restaurants. Will definitely stay again if in town

We always love coming to stay here when we go to Williams. We love using the indoor pool area. This time the room we were in was a bit noisy with the rooming neighbors but that’s not the hotels fault, just inconsiderate people. This isn’t a fancy hotel, but the wonderful customer service always brings us back.

Happy Family of Five
We have three little ones all under 5. We opted for the King Size Studio Suite which included a sofa bed. The space was big enough for the kids to run around and stretch their legs. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and safe. We usually bring a queen size air mattress and this had plenty of space for us to inflate and sleep comfortably. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had a decent breakfast line up. What striked me as odd was there no elevator and no closet space, just an area to hang up your clothing. Would we stay here again? YES, absolutely! Thank you Days Inn for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable one!

Not too bad
Definitely one of the better low cost hotels I've stayed at, the only thing we noticed is when we turned on the vent in the bathroom to let out humidity it kinda smelled like old broccoli? To the point it made the room smell like broccoli so we just didn't use the vent after we figured that out. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfy and they offered real hot breakfast not just dry oatmeal and they had a indoor pool which was pretty cool considering how cold it was.
