Excellent hotel and in a good location slightly away from hustle and bustle. Excellent service from all members of staff. The happy hour is great- drinks on them 5-6pm. Baba restaurant is also excellent and actually good value too. It’s very busy so ensure you book. Overall highly recommended and will stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and informative, enjoyed the tour of the hotel on arrival, the staff couldn't have done anymore for you. Excellence service and facilities. Lots of nice little touches. Great hotel restaurant and also nearby restaurants. Stunning hotel, inside & out. Very attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room. Great location for shopping, restaurants, sights in Edinburgh & public transport. Easy walking distance too. Sadly, slept badly the 2nd night due to noise from public, in the street, until 03.30. Staff at the hotel were very apologetic but obviously it’s not their fault. We would recommend this hotel to others.
