Pros: Service was great, front staff was very helpful/friendly and got airport shuttle scheduled for me. Room was good size. Cons: Power light on the electric mirror kept me up since it was directly across from main bed, had to put a pillow over power button which worked. Also, tried turning off fan on heater/cooler but it wouldn't turn off and had a loud sound on and off throughout night which also kept me up. Also there were cracks in walls around window with bugs crawling around window

Exceptional value for the money.
Both the hotel and room were exceptional. The staff was not as friendly as should be, but it was late. Perhaps he had a rough day. She sheets were clean, the room was spotless and the comfort to just sit and lounge were 2nd to none. This was our 2nd hotel out of 4 in this trip. I wished we could have simply stayed in this one

We were placed in an accessible room and found it inconvenient. (we did not request an accessible room. It was Christmas Eve and we were one of very few customers there, had to be other rooms. This hotel is not being kept up and only certain rooms are being used. Uncomfortable sofa and ottoman. Ripped carpet. Closet door doesn’t slide. Took a long time to get barely warm water. No electrical outlet on one side of the bed. Had to request an extension cord. We always have to go ask for regular coffee pods. Only one pod available. The mattress and linens were comfortable.

Decent Stay, Needs A Few Tweaks
I reserved this room for four people. It had a king bed a sofa bed. There were only three towels in the room, and no sheets/pillows for the sofa bed. After I checked in, I received a text stating to reply to this text if I needed anything. When I realized we needed sheets and a towel, I replied and never heard back. I finally called the main desk and had to go down and get the sheets and towel. The tv only had about 15 channels. The shower needs a new shower head. Service at the front desk was great, the clerk was very friendly. The cleanliness of the room was decent. A few stains on the sheets/pillows. The breakfast has a lot of great options. I would stay there again, they just need to pay more attention to how many guests per room and make sure there are adequate linens for everyone there. And if they say to text for anything needed, then respond to the texts.
