We stayed at HOTEL GIRALDA CENTER in Seville for three nights, and while the hotel looks modern with spacious rooms, a great washroom, and thoughtful touches like a makeup station, our stay was less than ideal.
We started with a clogged shower, which was fixed, but unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable and noisy, with ripped sheet on one side. The AC was loud and slow to cool down the room, making it difficult to sleep without earplugs or audiobooks.
On our second day, we returned from a long city trip to find our room key deactivated. After waiting in the hot hallway, we discovered that there was an issue with our payment, despite being told upon check-in that it was already handled. Resolving this took 30-45 minutes, and the staff's handling of the situation was rude and unprofessional.
For a hotel in this price range, we expected a much smoother and more pleasant experience. Compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip, HOTEL GIRALDA CENTER fell short in both service and comfort.
