This hotel was exactly as expected. A slow check in was made up for our room being ready early. Very clean and good amenities, great for young couples and single travellers however would not recommend for families as the on site pool club plays incredibly loud bass music from 11am-11pm. This was good for us to party and stay for one night however would be disruptive for a longer stay.

Just ok. Don’t have your hopes up.
Great friendly concierge staff. Most of hotel is clean but you see marks everywhere. AND THE ROOM stinks. Of damp/ BO/ wet cement. I just don’t know how to describe it. The hotel management are well aware as there were 2 air fresheners in such a small room. I only booked for 2 nights and was glad to be getting out. This isn’t something cleaning staff can clean. The smell has seeped into the pillows, mattress, curtains. The rooms are in desperate need of a bleach clean over and new furniture, beddings etc must be bought. It’s very much a party hotel. Music starts at midday and continues into the night. Doesn’t need to be this loud even if it’s a party hotel. Breakfast is standard across Koh samui. Restaurant is good but can’t sit and enjoy for too long as music volume is unbearable. Can hear the music from the neighbourhood. As with all samui hotels this one too exaggerates it’s star rating. High 3*/low budget 4*. 2 pools. 1 is the internal pool. Good size. The beach side pool that everyone wants to go to has sun loungers but you must reserve it and you must spend minimum 3000 bhat lol. Who’s eating/ drinking that much? Kinda misleading to advertise a beach side pool when your paid guest can’t even sit down without paying more.

The staff was friendly & accommodating the moment I got there! The resort is very clean & but the decor is super cute! The bed was super comfortable, the pools were beautiful & the gym was perfect to get a nice workout in! It was super easy to walk to anything I needed as well. Very conveniently located.
