A fantastic stay at this hotel. Spacious room, comfy bed and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I was blown away with the breakfast buffet options- amazing. Conveniently located steps away from Lotte shopping plaza. Would definitely stay here again

Most pleasant. Great for business and pleasure. Excellent breakfasts to start the day. Lovely swimming pool and mini gym with bikes and treadmill. Friendly staff took good care of our deliveries.

Upon arrival hotel was not in the condition of the photos. Very old, run down and construction all around surrounding property. The hotel was in poor condition, musky, dirty and smelled like cigarettes with ash trash outside each elevator door. It’s advertised as a non smoking place. After going up to our room, we were so dissatisfied that we checked out and left the property. I had booked a one week stay based on the photos and descriptions of this hotel. They were not cooperative in refunding any part of my stay. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. This place is in poor condition and the staff pretend to be clueless in addressing the issues and customer service. Very disappointment…..

Came in around 11pm, staff was asleep, lights off, no AC in lobby or hallways. They couldn’t find my reservation. Got to room and bed was hard as a rock and whole place had a weird smell. Was told there was a cafe / bar on the 8th floor, when I went up around 11am it was just a breakfast place, they said they didn’t have coffee. Staff was nice enough.

The hotel room is spacious with 1 single bed and a queen size bed. The breakfast option are limited by delicious. The reception & breakfast staffs are friendly and accommodating. Just 3 minutes walk to Lotte Mall, make it convenient to get personal care items. There's a cafe (Xi Xi Coffee & Cake) infront of hotel that served good Salt Coffe, Coconut Coffe and Avocado Coconut Smoothie.

What a lovely gem this hotel is. We were pleasantly surprised by both its amenities, location and friendly staff. The hotel is a stone throw away from Lotte Mart which was convenient when we needed to get away from the heat. The pool was also lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and always available to help. Highly recommended.
