Despite booking months ago we were "double booked?" We were not contacted about this until we went to check in? We were sent to another facility which was a tiny gloomy room under a stairwell. After querying why we were not given the option of finding something else earlier we were treated to a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning which we appreciated.
