O atendimento com o pessoal foi excelente, o café da manhã também excelente, porém o que não me deixa eu classificar como excelente foi o quesito quanto a internet, foi horrivel. Foram 10 dias de frustração sempre que tentava utilizar a internet do hotel, a internet de muito má qualidade, quase todos os dias eu reclamava e na da de ser resolvido. Os atendentes até foram no meu quarto tentar pelo menos conectar televisão, mas praticamente tinha que usar somente os meus dados móveis. Ficava o tempo todo sendo cortado o acesso, não sei se foi exclusividade do quarto ao qual fiquei, porém a internet do hotel deixou muito a desejar.
