Where do I begin?
Our flight landed at 9:00 am, so I called Blanc Kara to see if my mother and I could check in early. Robolso answered the phone and explained that check-out was at 11:00 am, so no rooms were available yet. However, he assured us that as soon as a room was ready, it would be cleaned first, and he invited us to come over and store our luggage. When we returned around 12:30 pm, Robolso let us check in at no additional cost.
Fast forward, our cruise was unexpectedly delayed, and we needed another room. Unfortunately, Blanc Kara was sold out due to the Hurricane Milton evacuations. Robolso went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to store our belongings (including food) until we could find a new place. Robolso and the staff were amazing and incredibly kind. We even got our full deposit back hassle-free and fast.
I've been traveling for a while, and I’ve never experienced this level of hospitality. I will always recommend Blanc Kara and will be back every time I visit Miami. Thank you again!
