Very motel-ish but staff is great
This is best for a quick overnight stay. I stayed 3 nights because my first hotel had no available rooms to extend my stay. To be honest this place looks and feels like a motel. There’s nothing in walking distance so you must have a car. It’s in an industrial area and a bit shady. The staff have good customer srvice though which makes it better.

I am a 2 star hotel regular. These are the variables that set the good ones above the bad ones for me. Quick and easy check in. 3/5 There seemed to be a lot of typing and a lot of questions. I’ve had better; I’ve had worse. Clean room. 4/5 Nothing significant to report. That’s how you want it. Easy and comfortable sleep. 3/5 All senses were satisfied except hearing. The door did not seal out the outside noise. Luckily it was a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioner was loud. That can be ok if there is a way to have it run continuously and maintain a consistent temperature. Alas, there was not. Satisfying shower. 3/5 Too much pressure is better than not enough, but still not good. The shower head connection leaked and constantly sprayed me in the face. I had to duck/squat to wash my hair (5’10’’). The liquid pump name brand shower supplies saved this from a 2.

Decent For An Overnight Stay
We called about our shuttle 4 times and it finally came in 30 minutes. It took between 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the front desk person, who was on the phone talking to a customer. The room was decent. We just need to stay for a night, because our flight was the next morning. They were short staffed but helpful and friendly.

Poor Experience
This hotel may qualify as the worst hotel at which I’ve ever stayed. I was not expecting a five star experience given the price point and location, but I also didn’t expect such poor customer service and condition of the room. I thought it would be okay for a day trip to Honolulu from Maui. It began when I arrived. I stood in line for nearly thirty minutes, along with two other guests, as we waited for the team to reconcile operations. They just left us standing there. Why they would choose to do so at peak check in time, around 330pm is beyond me! The check in process is largely a manual paper process which was also aggravating. When I arrived at the room, I was disappointed to see how very outdated it was. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, which was nice, but I used neither. The bed had no headboard and moved when I sat down. The sink was at my mid thigh. The shower tile looked grimy and the shelving in the bathroom was dusty. I noticed there was no iron in the room so I responded to a welcome text to ask about getting one as I’d packed a linen jumper to wear the next day. I was told I needed to return to the front desk to check an iron and ironing board out. I asked if it could be delivered to the room & was told no. I was very disappointed by the response, but was not surprised given my initial experience with the front desk staff. The air conditioner was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep & the bed was very uncomfortable. Definitely WILL NOT go back!

The location and condition of this hotel was so terrible that I never checked in and had to book a different hotel last minute for the night. It is on an access road to the airport and nestled between businesses and industrial buildings. The hotel itself looks filthy and in disrepair. The photos must be 50 years old.
