Hotel in great position, close to railway so no need to use your car at all. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room good size and clean and the bed was really comfy!

This hotel is a little muddled in terms of layout and could be improved by a site plan of where the stairways are, different entrances etc. the staff were excellent, each one was polite, smiled and calm. They were helpful with areas around the hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, with just one issue which was that the window overlooks a large flat roof, and the window opening was not restricted so could facilitate entry from the flat roof. Otherwise, the bed was soft and apart from guests moving about in the room above, was mostly quiet.

It was only an overnight stay with some friends - but we loved the hotel, the staff and the setting. Our room was small but nicely furnished and the bathroom was new and spotlessly clean. The restaurant was fabulous and the evening meal and breakfast was first class. Would definitely go back

Good location, very helpful staff, facilities good. We used the pool which was great after a long drive. Walked into Cromer (3 miles via coastal path). There is a number of walks nearby. Free parking and plenty of it. Would definitively stay again, would recommend
