A few minor points let it down.
The stay would have been excellent all around apart from issues with the reception providing directions to the parking. We were advised to wait in a particular spot and that someone would be sent to collect us - no one was sent. The location where we parked was known to the hotel, but no one was sent to assist - in fact this was only one minute from the hotels allocated parking spot. It took over 60 minutes to sort out the parking situation - in fluent Polish! Car parking is off site and paid as an extra.
There is no restaurant on site, but one next door which is part of the same chain - the food, especially the raspberry ice cream, was fantastic.
On the positive; the hotel was clean and tidy, the sheets were lovely on the bed, although the corridors did look a bit ‘brothel-esque’. It is a great location and the staff were very friendly.
Overall we will stay again and it will be much more enjoyable now we know where to park!
