Worst experience EVER! I pre-booked a room with one king size bed and a small living area. When we came to check in, we were given our room key and went to put our belongings in our room. When we got to our room we noticed that this was NOT the room we had pre-booked. There was no king sized bed or living area. I called the front desk and they informed me they had accidentally given our room away. I asked if there were any other rooms available and was told no. The toilet in this room would not flush and stayed clogged our entire stay. The next morning we found about 20 syringes and a “glass rose” as well as empty drug bags scattered around the room implying that the room had NOT been thoroughly cleaned. I am currently pregnant and this place is a health and safety hazard. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody!

Whoever rated this hotel a 3 star must have a seeing deficit. This hotel is definitely not a three star hotel. The up button on the elevator was missing so had to take the stairs, the lights by the bed didn’t work due to broken off switch. Very disappointed in this hotel.

We needed a clean, safe, cheap room and this was it for after a sports tourney. We were in and out after 1 night. It was good. Nothing to complain about.

Upon arrival you see trash and animals everywhere the whole property is falsely advertised in the Hotels.com website. There is no inside pool there are cats walking the halls on the INSIDE the television in my room ready no signal upon arrival so I must have been in a room the cable was disconnected. There is no breakfast they provided frozen sausage egg and cheese biscuits and my son is allergic to eggs. And I’m not sure if it’s fleas or bed bugs but my boys legs and feet were ate up and broke out badly. Front desk people were pretty nice but far from informative.

Pull out couch was only springs, very uncomfortable for children. Other than that great older room

i paid for my room literally 3 weeks earlier and when i got to the hotel it wasn't ready. in fact, the people who had my room outstayed their welcome and didn't want to leave so i stayed in a different room than i payed for 3 out of my 8 nights. when i got to my room, it riddled of bleach and cigarettes. it was totally unpleasant for me and my spouse because the chemicals in the air from the bleach were making her feeling awful. 2/10 would never come back

The room was musty smelling, AC did not work. The lid to the toilet tank was broken in half and sitting on the tan. The iron was missing. The walls were cracked There were water stains on the ceiling and curtains. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower head had no direction for spraying water.

The name is deceiving!! It is very OLD with cracks in the walls, old nasty carpets, old yucky furniture and we stayed in a suite. However with that being said other than the furniture it was clean. The staff was very friendly & accommodating! This is more of a living hotel than luxury.

Trip $412 Hotel-$105 Mon- $145 ($70 gas) Tue-$162 ----------- Pros - Friendly front desk receptionist - Changed room upon request for the second night - Fast check in - Great price through Expedia - Modern lobby (seems to be updated) Cons - The key cards didn't work, the second set worked - At one point, we saw two people making cigarette right in the front lobby. The employee didn't care as if it's normal. - The carpet by the elevator is stained and nasty - The hand prints on the video elevator doors haven't been cleaned during our 2 nights 3 day stay - The phone in the room doesn't work, so I used my cell to get a hold of them. - Thin walls with loud pipes so I can hear people using water in the bathroom. - Sorry to-go-breakfast with a frozen sandwich. No plates. We had to search in the cabinet ourselves. Now, here is the kicker and it gets worse: - Shady people in and around the property. One person was sleeping on the couch right in the lobby when we walked in the door. Then we saw an employee offering this person to stay in a custodial room by the elevator. The employee asked the other individual, "Are you supposed to be here?" It seems they know each other. Saw him everyday. Seems like he lives at the hotel. - Another man got in the elevator with us on the first day after checkin and told us how the swimming pool is closed here but we can use the one across the street at another hotel. He looked like a guest but he was going from door to door on the second floor
